Had a good arm workout last night. This is my pre cycle state. Sitting at 237.6 at 5'11" . Shooting for 256-263 with the cycle i posted the other day. While trying to not put on a lot of fat. Just posting this for a starting point to look back on. Will edit and update when the cycle starts and how my physique progresses. Wish me luck.
