+ 9 Powermeet prep update

1.5 months out from my next powermeet. Throw in the good stuff in 2 weeks. Strength is improving. Dont have to be fat to be a powerlifter. Plan on walking in at 225 lbs. Doing push/pull. Will open up with 450 bench and 650 deadlift. Plan on ending around 500 and 700.

This is a New picture. Almost the same as in the transformation. Its my favorite pose but you can noticr difference. This pose is more arm.oriented than the other. But i can hold up a eroid sign with date.
