+ 19 BLAST UPDATE: Uncle yoked's delicious gear results so far

These are 4 weeks apart. And only 3 of the weeks on yokes gear.
Running his cut blend and Anavar, along with test E.
Test p @300
Tren a @ 300
Mast p @300
Test E @500( just switched to yokes test C this week other test was from another source)
Anavar: week 1 @ 25mgs a day
Week 2 and 3 @ 50 mgs a day
Just switched to winny this week @50mgs a day
Also been on T3 at 75mcg a day
Pics were taken last Sunday before I switch to yokes test C and winny
3 and a half weeks to go before blast is over and so far I'm loving every minute of this cycle!

Great bro. Dropped 9 more pounds since I posted these. And hit an all time PR on deadlifts with a 683 pull! Cardio change to hiit cardio 45min 2x a day. Strength is very much there. Still hitting 430 on bench and 615 on squats.

You train with a dead lift bar or a regular one?
Stiff bar usually. On max out days I use the deadlift bar

Starting body fat?
Was at 18 haven't checked it recently but I'm guessing around 13-14% now
Weight was 255 top
Weight is 243 on bottom
Strength is still going up on all lifts every week!
For example
l deadlif 610 x2
Squats a lil weak from all the fucking cardio
But squat is 585 for 2
But really been doing alot of hypertrophy work and super high intensity!
