+ 27 HGH & a simple cycle

Simple cycle of TPP 225mg/week, Mast P 300mg/week & DHB 600mg/week. Can’t mention the source, he’s private & like to remain anonymous. Running Q-trophies at 6iu slit 3 in the morning & 3 right before working out.
My Diet
Meal 1.1% milkfat Cottage cheese with 1/2cup rolled oats & Tbs of flaxseed.
Meal 2. Organic peanut butter & celery
Meal 3. Bell Pepper stuffed with cottage cheese & topped with smoked salmon.
Meal 4. Eziakle bread with smoked salmon.
Meal 5. Chicken (new waved)
Meal 6.Sashimi
Meal 7.Egg whites

My lifting routine
Day 1. Anterior delt, chest & Abs day. 10min stairs to start & 20 to finish.
Day 2. Arm & lower back day. 10min treadmill to start.
Day 3. Posterior delt, back & Abs day. 10min treadmill to start & 10 to finish.
Day 4. Leg & lower back day. 10min stairs to start & 20 to finish.
I do LISS target heart rate 145BPM
Taking GW & 200mg caffeine preworkout

Does pinning 3 iu in the am not make you feel lethargic and sleepy in the afternoon?

Well, I’ve been on Saizen for the last 3 months at 3iu & just switched over to the Q-trophin last week. But no swelling or numbness. A lot of those sides are due to inflammation from the intake of process foods & more noticeably processed carbohydrates. Which I keep out of the diet.
Only carbs I take in are oats, quinoa & brown rice.
But I look forward to running the Aqua to see if I do get swelling or numbness, as those are the make reports people are giving on the product

Thanks supermax for the info. I'm just curious as I'm about to start my first hgh run and of all the sides I read about I'm most concerned by the daytime lethargy that I read can last through the first couple/few weeks. I'm bulking but my diet is pretty clean, as far as carbs I eat the same as you aside from also quite a bit of fresh fruits and veggies, nothing processed though except I guess multi-grain and whole wheat bread and flaxseed wraps.

I'm planning on starting at 2 iu split then bumping to 4.

Which brand are you going to run?
I sit at a desk all day & sometimes I will pop some Theacrine. But truthfully, just get up & get the blood moving works just as well for me.
I do sleep great on this stuff

It's called GenXtropin, won it during a promo where the source was giving away 3 free kits. Aside from that I've been looking at and following closely on bloods for jintropin and qtropin. The plan right now is to run the genx and pull bloods and see where that puts me. Just pulled my baseline bloods Friday so ready to start. If the results are great I may just stick with that, but if not exactly stellar I may try jins or q next.

I sit at a desk most of the time as well, except for a few outside meetings and site visits, that's why I'm highly concerned about lethargy.

I'm civil, I specialize in underground utilities but I also do roadway, sidewalks, etc. Basically work with municipalities to help them get funding through grants/bonds then once funds are there design it and manage until complete.

Definitely will look into the theacrine, thanks for the heads up.

Yeah man!! The bloods I seen on the Aqua’s made them to good to pass up!! & for the price I’m able to flip a lot of them & basically run what I want for free or the price of the leg work.
I’ll be pulling bloods on the Q last week of July.
Did you get your baselines in? When you going to post them up?
As for the neg, I don’t have a clue. Some people get butt hurt around her for whatever reasons. Not worth sweating!
