+ 2 Test Tbol Cycle

Hi guys,
Have posted my intended cycle below. Would be good to get some opinions from those more experienced than me.

My Stats
74KG
175cm height
11-12% BF using three point caliper test
49 years

Training - Usually get in a morning weights session Mon/Tue and Thur/Fri, followed by 45 mins cardio in the evenings. Sunday for Squats, leg press, deadlifts, leg machines.
Wednesday and Saturday are meant to be rest days but on good weather days may get in some cycling (15 – 20 miles)

12 week cycle

Week 1-12 Test-e300 1ml twice a week
Week 1-5 Tbol 60mg per day
Week 1-12 Aromasin 10mg each day

20 day gap after last Test injection start

Week 15-16 clomid 100mg per day
Week 15-16 Tamaxofin 40mg per day
Week 17-18 Clomid 50mg per day
Week 17-19 Tamaxofin 20mg per day

Creatine
Bulbine tabs

During cycle will also be taking:
Liv-e tabs
N Acetyl Cysteine
Taurine
Acetyl L Carnatine
Choline & Inositol
Iron Labs Cycle Support

My TDEE for bulking (10% increase) is approx 2800 daily
56% Carb 25% Protein 27% Fat.

Should I be looking to increase my calorie intake above this while on a cycle?

Also, I have 20 25mg tabs of Anavar from, is it worth adding them towards the end of the cycle to help cut any mid section fat I accumulate during bulk?

Appreciate any constructive advice

Diet seems a little wonky. If you are trying to bulk I would shoot for at least 750 cals above your TDEE. You are pretty lean so you could push that even higher to take advantage of the increased nutrient partitioning that the lower body fat provides. For macros I would be looking at more of a 40/40/20 ratio (P/C/F). Get your diet right and you should be able to gain some good quality muscle.

Really no need for the tbol. I would just stick with test and if anything maybe add 50mg of provi last half of cycle. Probably don't need 600mg/wk of test either. No point in using the var. It is not a fat burner and 20 tabs isn't going to do jack. Bulk right and you won't get fat anyway

Make sure you get some pre-cycle bloodwork and plan on another round of bloodwork around week 5 to dial in your AI. I wouldn't start your AI wk one. Really shouldn't need to start AI until blood levels are peaking with test, usually around wk 4 and then dial in with bloodwork. Might want to read up a bit on timing of AI. Crash it and you will halt gains and feel like crap, spike it and run the risk of gyno.

Cals seem a bit low for a bulk,as does protein....personally I’ll run macros at 40p 35c 25f when bulking@3300-3500 cals, a bit higher if I dirty it up some

2800cals at nearly 60% carbs seems unbalanced imo, especially when running aas, you definitely want to take advantage of the increase in protein synthesis during this time
Keep the carbs clean and complex,... throw in a couple “dirty” meals a week to keep you sanity!
Sounds like your bf is prime for a solid bulk run....don’t worry about gaining a bit of fat here, you can cut it off later... just keep things in a manageable position and enjoy the growing!

If your bulking don’t throw anavar in, especially not having that many of them, just my recommendation, stick to the turanibol, no need for two orals, only so many receptors you can get to. If your worried about the mid section then eat right. Sometimes more means more side effects not more size, plus anavar can kill your appetite not to mention heartburn is a bitch. If your looking to bulk, I would add some NPP around 300mg a week(only if your experiences user) Helps with joints for those heavy lifts. Be sure to get some caber too. Keep us posted, looks good though.

What’s your cycle experience? You’re nice and lean judging from your avatar but you’re also fairly undersized. What’s 75kg in pounds? 150?

75Kg is about 165lb.
I have been on a low carb cycle (20grams per day) for the last 9 weeks or so with a calorie deficit of 100-200 calories per day
Usualy sit around the 180 -190lb level @15%bf

Did try an Anavar cycle last year but did not research properly and ended up introducing Test part way.

This will be first proper cycle

The test alone will be plenty. You really don’t need the tbol. It’s a fairly side effect free oral so if you were to use one it would be a good choice, I like it, but know that it’s completely unnecessary for a first cycle. You’re going to be making all kinds of gains on test alone. What do you have for estrogen? Take bloodwork 4-6 weeks in to test levels.

Actually looks pretty good. I wouldn’t recommend blindly throwing in AI, and would wait to get blood work done around week 5 to see where estrogen levels are at so you can adjust doses accordingly. Other than that, training sounds pretty good, may want to go ahead and up caloric intake if you intend this to be a bulk cycle; especially if you are biking 15-40 miles a week. But this is just my take.

In regards to Anavar, up to you if you want to or not. If this is your first cycle I would recommend limiting compounds to see how body reacts.

Once the Test was introduced I experienced itchy nipples and some tenderness which is why I've started the Aromasin from week 1
