A 90% Phil beats 100% anyone on that stage....no weaknesses and sick muscle maturity and fullness in "EVERY" muscle....not to mention his outstanding symmetry. The only way Phil will lose the title is if he doesn't show up because I doubt he'll come in anything less than 90%. Ramy is massive dont get me wrong but that's just it. He lacks the separation in a lot of muscle groups especially those quads. Lower back needs work as well. But who knows what he can do in a couple of years.

I tell you what will happen, everyone wants the underdog to win(beacuase it feels good to see them win) then the day of the show they will not look quiet as good as they look on Instagram & Phil will flex his 3D back & perhaps he’ll have a bit of a gut but will win the show anyway, end of story... BTW Kai will never win because he used to fuck grape fruits, & Ramy is massive but his calves don’t match the rest of his body, not aesthetic & not much of 3D looks

First of all, Ramy in my opinion was just barely in the top 3 last year. A true gift second placing, all of course, to keep the hype train running all off season long.

He is a lot bigger then he was in the movie generation iron. I believe he works in that state of the art gym in the Middle East everyone raves about. Maybe their on to something out there. Sure they’re on to something. MANY units of growth, that other drug we don’t talk about and gram after gram of gear. There’s no mystery to the formula but the results will be dictated by their genetic structure. Ramy is a perfect example of too much size and not aesthetically appealing. Too lumpy in the wrong places and he always looks a little off, never dry. Kai had a similar problem where when he got big enough his lines just weren’t as good as Phil. He got harder, he got bigger, but his structure, flow and lines were not as well proportioned. I think Phil is an arrogant prick but his genes fucking kill it.
