I really need advice from people who know a thing or two and don’t mind helping. Trying to find out what to take so my sperm count isn’t depleted due to running juice for as long as I have, because she wants to have a baby and I’m nervous. Can you guys please give me advice as to what I should take and how to take it. Thanks in advance guys

Guys.... HCG mimics LH, hcg helps with testosterone production but not with sperm production. HMG is important because it mimics LH aswell as FSH. FSH is the key for sperm production. FSH is critical for spermatogenesis!!!!
Well in some cases this is correct but certainly not all. In fact spermatogenesis can take place with just LH (or the effect of HCG mimicking LH) and very low (lower than the bottom level of the range) levels of FSH - you need very little FSH to ensure spermatogenesis takes place. It depends from person to person and for just how long sperm production has been turned off for.
That is why reproductive endocrinologist follow a particular approach (sequence of steps) which always starts with just HCG (assuming there is not a primary issues of course at which point gonadotropins are useless).
I know all this because I’ve been going through it.

I got my wife pregnant last year after multiple cycles. My pct was as follows. 2 weeks after last cycle did one shot of triptorelin. 2 weeks after that another shot. Felt pretty good for a while and if we werent trying to get pregnant i would've stopped there. But wanted a little extra boost 2 months after last shot of trip i started clomid. 100mg a day for a week then 50 mg for 3 weeks. Got preggo not long after that
I was in the same boat last year. Stop your ass use do a good 6wk pct with hcg get bloods done at 8 wks see where your at. I done another pct then bloods again then after that I done hcg n clomid then the Mrs was pregnant and had a healthy baby girl in April.
Key thing is getting your bloods done that will definitely tell where your at

JayD718I don't know if you're currently running any gear, but the first thing to do is stop all AAS use! Do your PCT, and include HCG. If you're really serious, I would make an appointment with an endocrinologist, and follow his/her directions. After your PCT, if you just want to do this on your own, begin taking Clomiphene at 50mg ED! Keep in mind, that if you depleted your sperm count, it could take months of Clomiphene therapy to restore a healthy sperm count. Especially, if you've been taking testosterone for a long time, and that's basically birth control for men. Be sure to get bloodwork done at least every three months, get your sperm checked out, and have your bloodwork read over by an endocrinologist.

Bro me and my wife have been trying for over a year now with no luck. I finally manned the fuck up and made a Dr apt for Her and I. I'm sure all the years of pain pills has done a number on my sperm count. I have 2 sons already my oldest is 20 I had him when I was 18 and my youngest is 14 had him when I was around 23/24. But I done a lot of hard living between then and now. Been clean now for 7yrs but I'm sure the damage is done. I'm pretty much a trt guy but ill blast 2 or 3 mild cycles a year most of th time I keep them at 8-10wk Sust or Prop and throw a little Dbol in here and there. I take 50mgs of provi everyday as well. All you can do friend is for the both of you to go to the Dr and get checked out. The stress of my girl not getting knocked up is about to kill me. Every month she gets her period she loses a little more of herself. She's fucking depressed majorly. Get to the Dr bro he's the only one who can really help you.
Brother went through it.I had sperm in eight months.I had to go gear free.I did 500 iu of hcg eod and 50 mg clomid five in two off.

You were definitely meant to have those children. Nevermind the Proviron, but when you're on testosterone, you really shouldn't be able to impregnate anyone. Anyway, good for you bro!

I would personaly do a power pct first if your cycle was a long one. This worked for me as gave my body a break for few months after power pct before trying for baby but one thing i did fo was run a small pct for 2 wks inc hmg hcg clomid too boost my levels before getting the ovulation timing spot on and boom got a amazing 7 month old healthy boy now best thing ever.
