+ 22 7 years and today
I started learning how to train and eat right about 7 or 8 years ago, I've ran a hand full of cycles and tried to do everything safe and correctly, not always successful but close. I gained about 40# in a span of about 7 years, lifting as heavy as I could and wanted to get much bigger. I had set a goal of about 220# and I hit 200# for about a week at one point, but that was as close I came. I'm back down to about 185# and good with it. Arthritis has set in on me pretty bad, hands through my shoulders, painful to workout. Not crying about it, but lifting heavy and trying to get any more size is just not going to happen. I don't think my body was designed to carry that much weight, 200 and above. I still have goals, they have just changed. My wife and I are almost 48, other than the pain from the arthritis I feel good and train hard. No more cycles for me, I'm trt now and that's all I need. I lift lite and just don't lift as often. The arthritis isn't an excuse, it's just reality. I'm seeing someone now and may start infusions to help, only other option is surgery and that can sometimes make things worse so I suck it up and push through.
Very proud of my wife for changing her lifestyle, eating right and being dedicated to her health, she has truly been an inspiration to me and helped push me when I really needed it. I've had a lot of help from some great guys here on eroids. I try to contribute when I can, but mostly I have learned and I've learned a lot. I hope everyone has a great summer #MAGA

You both look great for any age! Much hard work and dedication go into this. You don't mention anything about cycles? I think with the right gear and diet you could get gain some decent size! ++
Thank you brother. All ready ran all the cycles I'm going to run, put on some size and dropped down about 15#. The cycles I ran that put on my size were just a classic bulk Dbol/DECA/TESTE

RustyhookerYoure in better shape than most 48 year olds out there. Hell, most folks at any age. Body is 25...joints not so much. Lol
Thank you brother Rusty, no the joints are showing their age, lol.
Keep up the good work, you both look awesome for your age.
I have to get use to that term “for your age” haha but I really appreciate it
Rephrase that... You look great for a 25 year old young man. Exceptionally for 47. We are only as young as we feel and act.
Haha, thanks brother. I do feel 25, just can't push anymore like I am. Some guys my age can and god bless them
