Been dealing with ARL for years with Minimal Issues. First time I tried domestic and sent my donation 3 weeks ago. Still have not received anything. Next time I will just order international as it seems the T/A is the same.

in this indtroducion you say thath the minumum order is 150 dollari. So, why do they write me thath the minimum order is 600 euro in the email? Is Because i'm in Europe?

Personally I think upping the min order to 500 or 600 Euro would be a good solution to a better customer service

Last time there were already 20 bottles missing
(out of stock idk) now I made a big order which included the missing stuff and they only sent me 2 bottles in a tiny tiny package..
GlycogenGuyI was contacting them on their form and they responded within 24hrs. Pale said he would put them on hiatus but he never did as far as I can tell but maybe Pale heard from them. I personally think they are done. So sad if so.

I sent them over 1.000€ 3 weeks ago and never heard from.them. When ordering I told them there were a lot of things missing - then they sent me 2 bottles of parabolan (wtf) but nothing else. No E Mail response so far. Still waiting for the stuff that was missing last time and for the 1k+ order

Wvery summer they do same bullshit. Before 3 years they sorted me 18 !!!! Vials .. and whole order was for 23 vials .. so 7 weeks wait and NO comms to receive 5 out of 23 and to get the rest have to order again LOL

ordered domestic been over a month they just said they reached limits on western union. tried to get the money back and i can't now never ordering again.
This happened to me before if no one picked the money up you should be able to cancel your transaction and go to a western union and get your money back. I had to cancel it over the phone with western union
Ordered domestic. Took nine days to receive after donation. Unfortunately it was missing 2 vials out of 7 smh.

Nothing strange or anything to figure out. It’s how they are, it’s how they’ve always been and that’s it. I have more than my fair share of orders with them. Their service isn’t good but you’ll get your shit... eventually and months later if they fuck it up, end of story.
