progress report for my profile stats
ad
total body weight from 224.7 down to 222.4
body fat down 5.2%
gained 7lbs of skeletal muscle mass
my bmi only dropped by2 tenths of a point, so I know I am stil la fat ass , however I am progressing and that beats stagnating and regressing any day of the week!
There is a lot of info that I do not know how to read, so if any one has any feed back or comments on this analysis please help. Stay Strong!

is this thing reliable? i did that few days ago it said 12% bodyfat my fitness score was 107 tho i couldnt understand shit from it
Just out of curiosity bro what did they use to test the body fat percentage..I just did the bodpod Thursday and my paperwork looks alot different than this.. thanks man
2 steps, first he used a caliper on several places and did some kind of formula on an index card. Then fed those numbers into a machine, that I stood in with only my boxers on and I had some electrodes attached, and my feet were on these metal plates as were my hands. The combination of info gathered generated the print out.
Nice..I was talking with the guy about the home scales that read bodyfat.. its kinda the same thing it uses electric current to figure it out
Chest to waist ratio means more than the outdated bmi index. It’s just common sense that many Drs can’t seem to grasp. Just always be sure to measure your waist around the navel. Not where your pants sit.
I will google how to take those measurements and compare the two,I am just glad I am headed in the right direction.
Correct, waist and hip are two different things
