Can't change profile picture

Hey guys I need your help.
Im trying to change my profile picture but every time I delete my old picture and try to add a new one after this the old picture shows up again.
Any tips on how to fix this?
Using my iPhone 7 Plus of this is the problem

I found that once you upload the new profile pic you should sign out from the site (click your login name in the right hand corner and go down to Sign Out and click it) - not just close the page. Sign in again, and usually it will have changed. Also - make sure that the pic is small in terms of kbs/mbs, the smaller the better.
Its a problem with using a .png file versus a jpeg

Give it time... I see 2 pics, one here I can't tell what it is, and the one on your profile page that looks like a black and white selfie of your back

You know I did that shit for hours one day! I thought I was crazy. Nice to know that's normal. I kept changing pic and saving over and over and then a week later it switched
