Couple days ago I posted my current progress picture and where I stand. Here's a picture exactly 4 months ago from when I started. I was completely natural for over a year and training possibly 2x a week and under eating. After putting a side by side pic from yesterdays check in with my coach I was stunned with how much progress I made. No karma points please
Current Cycle : 500mg a week of Bayer Testovirons split (Mon/Thurs)

Thank you brother yes first thing I notice myself hahaha here is the leg split I am doing.
Leg Workout Option 1
Leg ext 3 sets 20-25 Example set: fail at 15, wait 5 sec, squeeze out 5, wait 5 sec, squeeze out another 5)
Hack squat 3-4 sets
DB or barbell walking Lunges 3 sets Note: no more than 15-30 steps, IF YOU CAN DO MORE THEN USE HEAVIER WEIGHT
Back squats free or smith machine 3 sets Note: feet slightly wider than shoulder stance with toes pointed slightly out
NOTE: squats focus all on technique and bringing the legs to failure. Do not worry about weight.
Leg Workout Option 2
Leg ext 3 sets 20-25 Example set: fail at 15, wait 5 sec, squeeze out 5, wait 5 sec, squeeze out another 5)
Leg press FEET 12-16 inches apart toes pointed forward 4-6 sets
Squat Leverage machine facing away from machine (mimicking a hack squat, do not let your hips touch the bad) FEET 12-16 inches apart toes pointed forward 4 sets 10-20 reps
DB or barbell walking Lunges 3 sets Note: no more than 15-30 steps, IF YOU CAN DO MORE THEN USE HEAVIER WEIGHT
4 months is impressive your definitely training hard.

People over complicate cycles, it really all comes down to the nutrition on how you want to look. I usually stick with Test only for the offseason because I am trying to keep my lipids as best as possible.
