I lived in Spain and found more people cycling there than here in the UK, despite it being more illegal there. You are offerd gear there just by sitting in a gym, which makes this post very very fishy...

I have a freckle on my right quad. Just to the right of it is the sweet spot. I follow the freckle to the left side and pin there too. Thinking about getting a bullseye orartboard tattooed on each leg so I dont have to think about it anymore.
Ha! I use the old freckle trick too!
Helps keep my bearings to where I went last! Lol
