First week on the grind with a massive pump. By no means am i this big. Idk what it was today maybe the extra salt pre meal. Or maybe the shmedium (xl shirt)But got a amazing pump today for my arm day.
Felt i needed to show what some of the board is bringing this year.
No i haven’t measured my arms in years.

Pretty much pisses me off, not u but Im just NOT doing something(s) right. Cause it sure as hell isnt the gear amd my genetics aremt the best and i have a decent work ethic; fuck man, im eating clean for once, but 3000 balanced carbs daily isnt easy man. Im barely doing it amd only in my fuckin dreams can i put on that kinda muscle. Lol. Right on bro. Needed to see this

I know what you mean man. Not sure your history but I’ve been training and competing for 5-6 years. That’s 5-6 years of having a goal, staying in the gym and eating fairly well even in the off season. Not going on “breaks” like i see at my gym, people coming for a couple months takes a few weeks offf and repeat all while “thinking “ they are training hard and eating right and taking the right gear. I have a buddy of mine that comes to mind that does that. Told him train with me, basiclly just spot me and workout with me and do what i do with the weight he can do, clean up diet slightly and all he took was anadrol and test 400mg week. 12 weeks he went from around 165 skinny fat to 180 and much leaner. I’m not saying your not doing this, but it really is. 25/8 type thing. You can party on the weekend and eat whatever.

You said it now that I think about it. I can easily count many days missed, and somedays not eating at all; basically not focused, and if ur not focused, well, there you go. Like you said about making a goal and, in other words, becoming addicted and accustomed to do all the things required to reach that goal. It takes intensity and dedication every day, in and out, and that is what I have NOT done. And then if I had a commited partner who has been living and accomplishing his goal, id probably get better reslults
