Yaaaw bro's en sisters here a recipe to make your own proteïn pancake
What do You need
50gram oats
30 gram protein
5gram Cinnamon
2 whole eggs or 3
Almond milk
50 gram Spelt flower
( You can add An extra snack like a snickers protein bar or peanuts)
Put everything in a bowl mix IT up
Heat up your pan with a Pam spray
Put the ingrediënten in and set on a low fire
5-10 min later flip IT + 5min let IT rise a bit and its ready to eat
Xtra topping tip 30 grams of peanuts butter + 15 grams of agave siroop

Yeah brother I have to admit it does sound good. I am adding the ingredients to my shopping list.
Ohh and where can I find them snickers protein bars I am definitely missing out on them.
You van buy Them online they even have milky ways

I use It as one of My 7 meals i eat the pancake 9am with some peanutbutter if the pancake is still a little bit hot the peanutbutter melts + some agave sirop taste like heaven + You have the taste of your protein powder i use White Chocolate to make the pancakes enjoy brother

Sounds very delicious to me but think I would rather stick to @stairmaster's recipe to keep them calories low.
I like that bit about snickers protein bar, I would not bother about pancakes, just have that lol

Yeah sure but not much taste oats and eggs .. + the calorie intake is spreaded over 7 or 8 meals i Think stairmaster is around 25 grams of fat Just with the eggs im @ 10 grams
I make it very simple, 5 whole eggs , 100g oats.
Mix these two ingredients and let it rest for 'bout 15mins. Then bake it in a pan until both sides are golden.
