The reason we don’t help kids is that it encourages them to use. Wait till you’re in your late 20’s then hit a little test and go from there. That’s what we preach to keep 21 year olds from getting infections and not being able to fuck. It’s for your own good. Not to mention your brain is still developing so you can actually cause irreversible developmental damage hopping on so young.

My issue is you’ve got a picture up saying your 21. Now you put another one up with different info. You also have no libido and an infection. Your to young , to small and don’t know what your doing. Stop your cycle get your diet right. Make some gains and then revisit this. The guys that don’t build the base first usually loose there gains. That’s the same advice I would give my son.
Too young, yes. Too small, no. 6’4” at 250 is medically obese, and that’s going to put all kinds of strain on his internal organs and blood markers regardless of where the extra weight is coming from. I don’t care if he’s lean; that’s too heavy to be healthy long term. We need to be working to combat bigorexia in young men, not exacerbate it.

Vitals. High blood pressure, high resting heart rate. Bad lipids, poor fasting glucose, etc.
Bigorexia - male muscle dysmorphia. Feeling like you’re never big enough or lean enough. Not seeing yourself in the mirror the way other people see you. Pushing yourself to unhealthy extremes to put on muscle to the point where only gay men with muscle fetishes find it attractive.
He doesn’t look 250 to me and I told him I think he could do better without drugs. If your going by that chart they use at the Drs office you are borderline obese.
It’s almost impossible to not be overweight by those BMI charts if you lift, even natty. I do try to keep it just under obese, yes. It sounds funny put that way, I know.
The reason I know this is because I just hit obesity according to my Dr. I’m about 10 lbs heavier than you and the same height.
I think as long as we keep an eye on our vitals and blood markers we’ll be okay. When things look screwy, that might be when it’s time to drop a little weight. It’ll vary from individual to individual when or if this point comes.
Bighead2155In the first 2 pics when I was 21-22 I weighed 230ish . The second 2 picks is where I am now today. And at 250. I actually lost 10 lbs since getting off cycle . I personally would like to be around 240 without loosing muscle / strength

You’ve got the right attitude. Get in there and smash it. I’ve stopped several cycles for various reasons over the years. Sometimes it’s the best option.

I was in a pretty shitty situation for a good 3-4 years of my life struggling with drug addiction. Lost a lot of weight and didn’t exercise for shit... I am coming up on a year sober. . Idk why I am even writing this . Im sure I’ll just get bashed and hear more ignorant comments . but ya .... that’s my story
Then you know more than anyone not to rely on drugs. Get your stuff together and train hard for a few years. Come back when you’re actually ready.
