How do you guys mak times to get your hard training in?
I struggle to fit the time in tho really gonna do it this year.
Booked a real good local pt to help my totivation and diet.

Shes a demanding child and wakes up multi times thru the night so its hard to get motivated when ur like a zommie!! lol Fair play to you mate thats zero bs excuses your taking care of business!!
I’m your case, I’d hit it as soon as she’s at school bro. You could pick up some dumbbells to get work out some while you’re home when you get time.
backup2018Yeah gonna do it! Wish i could take a pre workout but my anxiety wont let me do it as it givs me panic attacks fs!! lol
I'm not a big fan of pre-workouts either - I've missed lifts because of being too stimmed up and over analising things rather than just getting on with it. Then I'm awake all night after rather than sleeping and recovering so all in all they can be a big hinderance to some people.
Since no OTC preworkout supplement has been shown to conclusively improve strength or hypertrophy gains in a lab controlled study that I know of, it’s probably for the best. Everything you need to kill it with the weights is within you, not some powder.
X2.... if you can drink coffee, one strong black cup of coffee does it for me!!
