+ 1 Good ol creatine monohydrate

ad

Lately i have been taking a cheap brand of creatine monohydrate and honestly i feel that its effects are more pronounced than i remember.....i have noticed a slight strength and endurance boost and the pumps seem very full... i take 5 g pre workout in apple juice and 5g after in water along with whey shake or post workout meal. Just want to see anyones else input or experiences with creatine products. Thanks

CREATINE works,,plain and simple. Its been proven time and time again. 3-5 grams per day is plenty.

5 grams of pure creatine is all your body can actually use, anything more is pissed out as fast as you drank it. Studies proved that and all it does is add water to your muscle to make them appear bigger and fuller and cushion your training. Stop using it and the water weight drops. I only use it during cycle and thats it.

It also adds a phosphorus to help with ATP production. So it does aid in muscle contraction. Most of the actual weight gain is water as you asserted but the strength gains seem to be from the energy production help.

I take 5g in the morning. Gives me a bit more energy and strength too. I also notice that my muscles looking "full".

I think simply monohydrate is the best form u can take. Used kre alkalyn a few years ago - expensive and zero effects.

Citrate is the best form by far if you can stand the taste.

A nice bloody, tender porterhouse steak is the best form of creatine… if you can stand the taste, haha. You’ll have to just do your best to choke it down for the gainz. Hard, I know. Lol. Why take in powder form what’s already abundant in tasty, tasty food?

I would agree.Beef heart is the best source of natural creatine hell buy Argentinian and get some clenbuterol for free.lolYou are correct though beef eaters don't really have a need to supplement it.

I didn’t know the highest concentration of creatine is present in the heart. That’s interesting. I don’t know if I’ve had beef heart. I’ve had venison heart, however, and it is absolutely delicious.

Yuck! Beef heart?
But the stake is way to go!

I just stopped taking it altogether a couple months ago. Haven’t noticed any drop off in performance. Creatine is pretty easy to get in your diet. There shouldn’t be a need to supplement it unless you’re vegan or vegetarian.

Creatine has plenty of scientific backing and it’s good to go.

Jury is out on glutamine.

BCAAs have been thoroughly debunked:

Most important supplement IMO is TUDCA
