Im planning on running a cycle of NPP or Deca 300/ Amps along with just 250, test e or test cyp. Can anyone give me advice on the best way to run the cycle and what pct and AI to go with? Expertise would be greatly appreciated!

Nope you're new. Dont bs the people here. Its already been said below but I will as well being as Im still relatively new to aas. YOU must put together a cycle. Then if you still need help ask. When I 1st started my research and a source search I came across all sorts of advice and sites selling deca in a beginners cycle. They made it sound awesome! Joint relief, strength but...not one word about estrogen or prolactin. Or whar your diet should be. You need to set goals then build a cycle around them. Introduce 1 compound at a time. Dont jump in the deep end without getting wet 1st. Nonr of the guys on this page will give you shit advice. A lit of the guys around here give advice based on their own past mistakes. You wanna fuck your body up. Whatever. You wanna strong healthy body? Take advice and do things right.

Halfway through the cycle I took extrestane as my AI and Pct w Nolvadex and clomid but slacked off towards the end of the pct. At the moment everything is available to me and with the deca/ Npp i already have dostinex to fight off the negative sides and i have a cycle put together but i try to go with the least possible because I feel most advice i get is too extreme or abusing the gear so i was looking for some true expertise.

i honestly cannot believe your asking for the community to put together your cycle .. its like putting a list of aas in a hat. and pulling 2 out then saying hey gents how do i run this. ...
0 research , this is upright lazy at least put your own cycle together , or i take it you didnt even take the time to check out cycles , im -1 this. go do some research , look at cycle , read up on the compounds your going to use , throw some stats , AGE , and you say your not new in your intro , no ttrolling , i say BS .

No one is going to give you cycle advice when you’re lack of research and understanding is concerning
I’m not being mean but compounds and chemicals are not something to take lightly
Hit the diet section because I can almost guarantee you fixing your nutrition would have better results than any compound you can name

basskiller89It’s because you’re asking that question we all know you’re in over your head. If you think you’re going to get bigger by adding deca you’re misinformed brother. 500mgs test got me massive. You’re talking about using dosages physique pros use for you’re second cycle. I don’t mean to be harsh or put you down but I have no problem being a dick to keep you safe. You’re proposing running dosages of aas that will greatly affect your estrogen, dht, prolactin and progesterone levels with little to no understanding of what that even means. Do yourself a favor and listen to what the guys are telling you. No one is trying to keep you small brother, we’re trying to keep you safe. I can 100% say for you 300mg test is more than you’ll need for a 12 week cycle. Take my advice. Muscle development is slow even with gear. You’re not gonna blow up running high dosages. It just does not work that way or everyone would be huge. It takes years of dedication and hard work through proper diet and safe supplementation protocols. You seem smart enough to ask for help. Be smart enough to listen to what we are saying. We want you to get big. But we want you to do it corrrectly and safely
GorillaSeasonMuch respect to you for that one, I had figured I was going to be good with the deca from my knowledge of dostinex , proviron ,AI's and things of that nature. But when you compared the dosages to physique pros , I started thinking of taking it slower . I think the destined/caber and all the great effects I read about it also had me more amped to run deca or NPP. Still would like to hear your opinion although I'm now planning on running Test Cyp for 12 weeks.

Personally I would run 300-400mgs test weekly with adex or aromasin dosage dependent upon your e levels taken through blood work. That’s all you need for this cycle I promise you brother
Let’s talk about diet. Can you give us your calorie and macros totals along with the foods you’ll be eating
GorillaSeasonThats what I'm gonna go by man , what is your opinion on front loading? From my research its seemed to make sense.
My diet is heavier in carbs than most because i am a carb counter (due to type 1 diabetes so I'm insulin dependent) and for the record gear has only had little effect on blood glucose levels , with advice from my doctor. I try to incorporate complex carbs in every meal 5-6 decent sized. High protein (eggs, nuts,peanut butter steak , and fish with a caution on how much tuna due to mercury. the fats i use with my breakfast is always olive oil with whole wheat . i know i can definitely make my diet more strict and controlled , as a diabetic I've always relied on my usual diet. Whats your opinion?

GorillaSeasonI agree thats why I have my endocrinologist following my bloodwork thoroughly . Its all on a personal basis on how gear reacts on a patient. Luckily i just have to take a small - medium amount extra of 24 hour coverage about 6 weeks into the cycle and through the pct process I gradually go down to the a less amount of insulin as the hormones change

Diabetes and gear is not my forte brother. From a calorie stance and what you’ll need to grow I can say that your usual diet foods are probably fine. You will need more overall food and calories to grow
I would make a post in the diet section and let our other brothers know your cycle and medical condition. I’m sure they can help you fine tune
GorillaSeasonMy diabetes doesn't get in the way of cycling so Ive never had to consider it in the equation. i will post in the diet section and do more research into calories because thats clearly my weakest point in nutrition . Anything else you can throw my way I'm always open to any good suggestions . I front loaded my test cyp this week.

GorillaSeasonAlready done, sorry , new to forums . 27 years old 6'0 190lbs Solid diet , have no clue about body fat index. This is my second cycle . I ran dbol and test e and had great results. at the end of my pct is where i fell off and took a hard break from training because my father was diagnosed w/ cancer and died 6 months later. he was the original Jersey1107 and taught me all I know, now that I'm back I need someones true expertise
RustyhookerI would stick to a simple test only cycle. Theyre fully laid out in first cycle group. Community....groups...first cycles. Build it and post it up top by editing. Post stats goals and your plan fully

GorillaSeasonfor ONE I'm no kid. and TWO im inquiring about a good deca cycle because all the cycles I've had help putting together have been way overboard and i don't want to abuse it, i wanna use it the right way .
