Experienced Gearhead, but new to HGH
ad
I'm a veteran of multiple cycles (with great results), but now am stopping the pure muscle quest and am looking at doing an 11 month HGH cycle with my wife. Nothing extreme, just low dosages. My initial thought is to start her at 1iu/day and myself at 2iu/day (6 days a week) then ramp up after two weeks to 2iu for her and 4iu for me.
Does that sound like a good baseline plan?

Are you going to be taking anything other than the HGH yourself?
I'll be running a TRT level of test and a small amount of AI, but nothing else.
Ya, if it's quality gh your wife will see good results with 1-1.5ius ed, 2 max. And you'll get all the anti aging benefits with 2ius, some good fat burning with 4ius. 2ius is a good starting dose. After a few weeks you can move up to 4. If you sufffer sides you can't deal with just back the down dose for a few weeks then ramp back up.
Awesome, thanks for the confirmation.
backonroidsI feel we need abit more info about your experience etc and goals .
Ok bro, I'm not super experienced with this either but have been on for 5-months and my wife on for 2-months.
She actually started it because she saw what it was doing for me as far fat loss.
Also have noticed the skin on back of hands is a little smoother.
I started at 3iu a day and went up to 7iu after 2-months or so, the sides were numb hands on and off throughout the day for the first couple of months but have now subsided.
You will also notice veins popping out from nowhere!
But like I said I'm only 5-months experienced so take it for what it's worth, this has been my experience
Awesome, thanks that's really good to know. Do you mind if I PM you about the source/s that you're using?
Well it's not a bad plan. But can't really say much without know your goals from this cycle.
I'm just trying to get some of the fat burning, joint and skin health effects. Let me know if I need to change some things around. As I mentioned in another reply, I will be staying on my TRT regimen.
