BACK ACNE
Does anyone know why and how to get rid of back and shoulder acne?
On cycle not much at all but 2-weeks into pct and shit be popping up everywhere!
I've been scrubbing religiously but to no avail.
Running a 5-week pct of nolvadex and clomid because of using a 16-week cycle of test and deca

I use african black soap year round. It definitely helps. Gotta make sure you take your shower head and hose everything around you down after though or your shower is gonna look like shit.
A back scrubber with a aggressive brush, Nizoral dandruff shampoo. Be very aggressive scrubbing and leave on for about five min then rinse. I noticed a difference with in one week and clear in two weeks.

Make sure you're also using a non-clogging lotion to keep your skin hydrated. Part of the problem with aggressive scrubbing is while it rids you of most dead cells, it leaves your skin dry. Your body then goes into overdrive producing oil trying to compensate, and that causes more clogged pores and acne.
It puts the lotion on its skin. Solid advice...

Go get your estrogen checked. I bet it’s either crashes or too high.
Tea tree oil...put it all over your back with a cotton pad every night before bed. Now nutrition has a good one.
But like vhman said, estro needs to be in check for sure. May need to grab some aromasin. Arimidex is a no go during pct and may give you even more acne.
Benzoyl peroxide or head and shoulders shampoo...
If your estrogen isn't stable and in range, you'll be fighting a losing battle, no matter what you try.
Have you checked estrogen?

Visit your local tanning salon. I find a few minutes in a booth helps dry out the skin.

There are different types of acne you have acne that is from clogged pores. You have acne that is caused by a bacteria and you have systic acne.
I don't think that its every day clogged pores so you might want to go see a dermatologist and he will prescribe probably some antibiotics

I find having a hot bath using the roughest scrubber I have, scrub like crazy and then smother my back in tea tree oil. If you live in a place with a lot of sun get that back out In the sun that will dry them out in no time!

Do not take it then idk what it is i just heard about it i never had problems with acne or needed that kind of medication i hope he will get rid off it..
Its Accutane and its extremely potent and has horrible permanent side effects.
It should be a last result only. Antibiotics like doxycycline or others are a much better choice.
