+ 2 Chicken

ad

I came across this several weeks ago and I’ve been making 2-3 times a week.. post up some chicken recipes

3 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 gallon of orange juice
4 table spoons of brown sugar
1 table spoon of salt
A few shakes of worchier sauce

Take chicken thighs divide them up into 2 plastic bags, combine orange juice brown sugar and salt and worchier sauce save half In a pan pour the rest into the bags as a marinade let chicken sit over night for best results .

Take sauce reduce in pan till syrup like consistency ,put chicken in baking dish bake at 365 for a hour 10 min before chicken is done pour sauce over the chicken and bake till done ..

This is a nice change up to the old plane chicken and the thighs have more flavor imo.. BAM

My wife makes chicken stuffed with different stuff, spinach and mozeeella cheese, that's one of my favorites. Lately I just been buying the roaster chickens they come cooked and hot. Get a little over a pound of chicken for 4-5 bucks. Much better then boneless skinless breasts.

Sounds delicious brother GJ! I'm a big fan of citrus and chicken and chicken piccata is one that I love! Thanks for sharing and I'm going to give this a try sometime in the future! Buon Appetito my strongman friend! :))

Here a simple recipe:

Chicken breast (thin sliced)
Garlic
Onions
Almond splits
Fresh herbs

Make a roll and put all ingredients in it, then put the roll into the pan. Turn it 4 times so all sides of the chicken are well-done.

Don't forget to use a bit more oil as usual and no oil sprays!

When the meat is ready, serve it with rice and enjoy!

Your recipe is very nice gymjunkie, I'll try it these days! +

Do you tie it with butchers string to keep it together when baking ?

When I'm not cutting down my secret special sauce is Mr.Yoshida . Give yourself a decent marinade and everything tastes money.

Off season you can really do wonders with just a fully stocked seasoning pantry. Food should not taste bad or flavorless even when on a full cut diet.

Another standout classic is a homemade chimichurri sauce

Oh yeah baby, this is a big time winner

Mix in a large bowl

Olive Oil
Lots of fresh herbs. Especially Flat Leaf Italian Parsley. You can also utilize mint, oregano, and thyme if you like. But Parsley is the essential star
Next lots of minced fresh garlic
red wine vinegar
juice of fresh lemon
diced red onion
salt and pepper to taste.
Dried oregano could also be added
If you like a little heat, crushed red pepper also

As for ratios
It should be 3-1 olive oil to vinegar but play around with it and find out what tastes best for you. This is an amazing super healthy and tasty sauce that goes great with grilled / smoked meat of any kind.

Youre Welcome!

Stay Eating Huge, Bros!

I sometimes make a sauce that's brown sugar, sesame oil, mirin and soy sauce. You could add orange juice to it also. Goes well with pretty much all meats, chicken, beef, salmon and pork. Big box stores like Costco have sauces they rotate stock of that can make things way tastier. At the moment I have a raspberry chipotle and mango habanero. They're usually 5-8$ and last awhile.
