+ 5 Testosterone off the chart- other issues (not due to Sust) UGFREAK SUST 350

ad

Not sure if pics showing as attempted many times- long and short of it is that I spoke to UGFREAK regarding these results and warned there would be possible bad readings- This is not Testosterone related.

I have been on strong prescription anti-depressants and painkillers. My doctor has done blood tests and told me not to worry as everything is as expected- However my immune system is fighting a change in meds, I tried to come off my anti-depressants but went in a downward spiral and things went pretty bleak. I decided to use a larger than normal dose to try and combat the severe depression so thought (stupidly) to run the Sust at 1.8ml every 3rd day which would work out as 1470mg a week, but I (again stupidly) decided to dismiss the effect of the prop element and consider it as 1050mg a week. I also ran Tren at 300mg a week, and Deca at 450mg a week and proviron at 25mg per day. Tren may be affecting the Estrogen reading as I've seen it can lead to high false readings.
I was also running Nolva at 20mg a day and Letrozole at 2.5mg every 3rd day. My use of painkillers and Antidepressants has seriously affected my cholesterol clearly, and my liver is stressed as the painkillers are of the type that cause great liver stress, and the anti-depressents affect liver and cholesterol levels.
I apologise to the source for the dosing as I did enquire as to capping and they said
"There is an upper limit above which analysers are inaccurate. In the case of the Cobas analysers from Roche the limit is 52nmol/L. They further state that they have not tested their diluents with Testosterone and do not recommend diluting the sample and retesting. Our laboratory has tested the diluents and they work well. Consequently our range goes up to 520nmol/L as the samples can be diluted 1:10, some people even go over this.

If you order a Testosterone we will report a number up to 520nmol/L."

This means I was at a level beyond they could quantify, which I didn't expect as was expecting to be around 10-12,000ng/dl which would be around 400nmol/L, but 520nmol/L is 14985.590778097981ng/dl.

If allowed I will post what Anti-depressants I'm on (went back on) and what painkillers fucked me up. Have changed the painkillers in the last few days with my docs approval so having withdrawals from the old ones and my liver should now be better off without Paracetamol, (also known as acetaminophen) which I hope I can mention as is OTC. I was taking 4g of these a day, and 800mg of Ibuprofen every 6 hours. Coming off them after approx 10 years should improve quite a lot of my high readings.

I have to confess I was not in a clear state of mind at the time- The anti-depressants take a while to build back up in the system and have been back on for a couple of weeks. I stopped taking them sometime during June, the painkillers I tried to come off and came back on them (The ones which are paracetamol/acetaminophen based are a combination painkiller which are addictive in nature and I was also taking a similar kind separately due to back pain from old injury).

I fully understand if I'm going to get shit for these readings- I discussed this with UGFREAK and he said kindly that I could omit certain readings as it was personal issues that happened during my time off anti-depressants (2 family deaths and other issues) and I simply couldn't handle it. For those thinking high Testosterone doses will alleviate mood issues, it's not always the case. And Tren usually helps my mood- certainly didn't this time. In terms of strength improvements, I've made great gains, 30kg on bench and shoulder press, 20kg on deadlifts and rows (had ruptured bicep injury last year so taking it slow) and 40kg on squats. I actually lost weight (due to coming off anti-depressants) so dropped 2 stone. back up 1.5 stone now on them again.

If any of this is not 100% correct, I apologise, as my mind was totally blown for a long time.

Edit: Failed to mention, the incredible Free Test result was due I should think to the Pharmacom Proviron from Pharmacomstore which is top quality and seems to work almost immediately for my mood, I would highly recommend it. I honestly can’t remember if I cut them in half or took 1 every other day. I’ve been known to do both as I’m pretty shit with a pill cutter.

As for my health, it appears I have heart and lung issues not due to steroid use (told this several times by specialists as my wife kept asking). I apparently don’t have asthma either so that’s 3 lots of meds I know don’t take and I’m back running and training regularly. I have had pneumonia I think 3 times now, once hospitalised for 6 weeks and it was possible I could have died- I was young so I don’t remember it. Training brings my blood pressure down so back to training a lot more! God bless to you all.

Yeah,right.... "Antidepressants" fucked your cholesterol and liver while you're taking 1500 mg test and painkillers.....

Idiot.

"Mirtazapine interacts with Remeron (mirtazapine) and High Cholesterol.

Mirtazapine may significantly elevate serum triglyceride and total cholesterol levels. Patients with preexisting hyperlipidemia may require closer monitoring during mirtazapine therapy, and adjustments made accordingly in their lipid-lowering regimen." Just so you don't play doctor again

Killlller17's picture

It's safe to say AAS and painkillers are the ones screwing up your liver and cholesterol. Not Mirtazapine.
Go clean of these substances and then take Remeron alone, and report back. Just so you don't play doctor again,I have taken Remeron before and have had normal bloodwork. Moron
Idiot.

Hi Rusty I have an update- obviously I was doing crazy amounts as I was clearly not in a good place- found myself a decent GP- been placed on different painkillers and told not to have anything but them and the antidepressants- I actually can touch my toes, have loads of energy, regaining strength and most importantly, don't even need to grit my teeth in pain when picking up my daughter. I'm sleeping less but feel a lot better. 'Clean' is the way I described it to my wife. My brain is clear- I went cold turkey on the other meds. I'm now on a single painkiller for neuropathic pain. Some 10 years ago I was in a hurry at the gym and decided instead of warming up for Deadlifts with 60kg, 100kg, 150kg, 200kg working up to I think about 250kg at the time (Best I had done was 280kg for a double) I decided to start with 200kg. This was a big mistake, and on the 6th rep I had a terrible pain down my left abdomen and back. I went to hospital and they suspected a Hernia- however they did a scan and turned out I'd partially torn my ligaments on the lower left hand part of my back. That's why all the painkillers. I also became severely depressed as I couldn't train and it was something very important to me. I was a total dick for some time after as I struggled with it. Years later I went to the docs as I was in a very bad place and got given the Remeron (Mirtazapine). As my new GP explained when I had to go back on to them, it's Clinical Depression- possibly hereditary as my mother and father, my mother's father and his father all had it. I have a chemical imbalance that is unfortunately permanent. However moving forward I'm taking less crap that's a lot less of a health risk and I feel better than I can ever remember. The dosages I was taking here for gear have obviously dropped as my state of mind led me the wrong way and I feared it may be underdosed, now I'm running it low, dropped proviron and Letro and I'm going to get a new set of bloods done within the next couple of months and attach them to this post (Not concerned with Karma etc- would rather people saw what I hope to be significant improvements).
I feel quite honoured that you commented to be honest as you're a bit of a legend on here (no homo). Been doing loads so hadn't checked up on here much recently. Thank you for your concern, I really am sticking to the right path I believe now. It's incredible to suddenly find energy and have a clear mind after years of having the docs add more and more meds that did nothing for my insomnia or pain. I would go and be given different ones to try and see them again in 2 weeks. My wife would always come with me as my mind was so unclear she'd have to help discuss it- when we moved the new GP actually stopped me from trying to explain my concerns and changed from a huge amount of sedating drugs to ones where I'm like a young man again.

Thank you all for your comments, I agree I've been an idiot- no denying that. But I'm getting better, and I thank you all for your support. We've all messed up, I just followed whatever my GP prescribed blindly.

Rusty, I promise you I'm getting better by the day, I went Cold Turkey (stopped all previous painkillers) and it was rough for a week or 2 and now I feel great if I'm honest.

God bless to all!

Just an update- week later without opiates- feel flu-like, got through the worst of it now. The scar where I had my ruptured bicep is really sore, but think just getting sensitivity back.
Broke a tooth and sharp edges ulcerated my tongue, filed it down for now as temporary repair didn't stay in and now it just hurts a bit but I haven't gone back on the fucked up meds- gave the lot to my wife to keep. Strangely knowing they are there is enough to stop me wanting to take them. I know where they are but that shit isn't poisoning me anymore.

I can fucking touch my toes with only minor pain! I can rotate properly and best of all I can pick up my daughter now without having to hold my breath as I do to stop myself from expressing how much it hurts (try not to swear in front of her)- she used to get upset when I was in pain as she thought it was her fault. Last night though I was hanging her upside down and helping her 'fly'. Anyone who's a dad will know what I mean when I say how important that shit is. I don't have to roll out of bed now. Please to those who get these types of pain meds- go see your doctor and see if you can have alternatives.

Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is probably the most dangerous thing for your liver. Even Over The Counter drugs are dangerous if used long term. If you're doing just that get bloods done and see what's happening. Don't be afraid to dispute your doctor's prescription- they try to patch one problem by adding drugs and then you'll have another problem. They'll patch that as well.
My uncle has always been overweight. He was 24 stone and fat. Now he's 10 stone or thereabouts with a leg that swollen to fuck and they have run loads of tests on him. Been a few years now he's been ill. I asked my aunt for his medication list and looked it up online for drug indications- they were dangerous as some things he shouldn't be taking with others.

They've been to specialists every time and got new drugs but when she went to her GP with this info he was immediately taken off 2 lots. They hadn't checked against his other meds and he was taking stuff that thins the blood and statins etc and it was making him worse. God willing he'll be ok but it's a good example of Docs not doing 100%.

Thank you for those who said I was still in decent shape. Upping the weights most weeks as well.

On a strange note, normally when I train I sweat crazy amounts and have to have 2 towels to deal with it. This doesn't happen now at all (well I sweat but it's normal amounts now). My body was probably trying to sweat out the toxins I was taking.

Don't run nolva with letro use letro its more than enough otherwise you risk sever side effects running both.

Looking lean. Imagine how much better you'll look off the pain meds. +1

Still looks awesome despite that awful meds list. Respect for being so open and honest about everything, got more balls than me +1

Added a pic of myself currently- smaller than my profile due to time off training following injury and not back to where I was- tried to edit out certain things but I'm UK based so I'm breaking no laws. Will change for one that doesn't show ink (which nobody but my wife has seen or will see anyway).

still look like a beast on that picture mate +1 thanks for sharing the info also

To anyone who is on prescription opioids and don't want to be (I know you'll have tried leaving out doses and the pain is awful) withdrawals start 4 hours after taking them. Acute withdrawals hit at 12 hours which is why when you have them at 8pm and wake at 8am you feel desperate to have them.
http://drugabuse.com/library/opiate-addiction-withdrawal/
Go to your doctor- ask for alternatives and if not given please don't do what I did and just carry on, ask to see another doctor, change doctors whatever it takes. This stuff is not just dulling your pain, it's doing the same to your mind. If you have family talk to them if you can, I didn't speak up about it and I probably wouldn't have at this new docs if my wife hadn't taken a day off work just to be there. I know how tempting it is as the effects start to weaken as the body gets used to the drugs to increase doses. I even bought more of my prescription painkillers online as there's a horrible fear of running out. Fuck Opiates, fuck feeling like a zombie, fuck stumbling over words, fuck forgetting the conversation during it and looking like a fool, fuck not having a beer in summer as that means lights out half an hour later. Look for alternatives, they have them, they just have a 10 min slot to see you (in the UK) so they need to get you out the door. Get straight to the point "I don't want to do these anymore, they don't work well and I feel terrible, I need something else".

God bless to all who've posted. Many thanks. I expected to get a lot of negativity but this forum is about support and helping others. I should have started a forum topic about it in hindsight as I'm sure there's many of us who've had injuries and been giving crappy meds.

DO NOT PANIC.

You are not the only one with this high reading ... another member posted double yours. no one seemed to catch it on his post ... It's weird seeing so called experienced members not even paying attention to units ...

in any case Look:
https://www.eroids.com/pics/susta-350-promo-lab-results

Also...

Your Deca use is contributing to the elevated reading. The FDA put advisory on it awhile back (refer to page 7)
https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/cdrh_docs/reviews/k093421.pdf

Not sure what is exactly up ... but you can bet your ass this is a false reading.

alwaysmassive78's picture

Many thanks for that info- that would make a lot of sense. I did go high in doses but nothing like what the readings seem to suggest. I did get certain sides one gets with high test, spots, (and one I don't usually mention- increased body hair- sorry guys) good strength gains which was incredible as after I ruptured my Bicep last year I couldn't train for months and when they removed the cast from my arm it had lost 6"- just getting it moving again got it back up 2 inches but it was only in April this year I could clench my fist. Training improved and stopped and jumped on this heavy as hell cycle. My blood pressure has at worst (and in the morning) been around 135/80. I don't believe the Sust is underdosed, but the reading does look incredible. I was running it lower and made the jump up 2-3 weeks before the bloods (that was when I wasn't in a good place and thought it would boost my mood). Fortunately I've dropped the opiates, Valium, paracetamol/acetaminophen, ibuprofen, omeprazole, and now just one type of anti-depressant (apparently I shouldn't have needed Valium since having Mirtazapine anyway). I'm now on one painkiller that actually works so I don't wake at night all the time or have sciatica. Sometimes I would need my painkillers half an hour before I got out of bed as it was so bad I'd have to slide off and go from knees to straightening up and hold back screaming in pain (not joking). I can't explain it well but now I feel a lot more 'clean'. I have a 3 year old and she imitates me all the time and she picked up on it and would say "ah, my back!!" and hobble around holding her lower spine- if things continue as they are she won't need to see that, or her dad taking his meds all the time. They get sent to my house and she likes to get the post- they come in a certain box and she says "your tablets daddy". It's all very cute but now my mind is clearer I'm glad she won't be seeing it as much.

Sorry for long reply, my mind is so much clearer and I'm finding it hard to shut up, whereas before I struggled to converse with everyone. Thanks again for the info, much appreciated.

Bearded_muscle's picture

I'm not sure the extent of the back injury but if you haven't looked into a reverse hyper machine from Louie Simmons I would check it out. It's helping me with some disk injuries and subsequent nerve damage.

My heart goes out to you my brother. We're all in this fight together and more have had problems with depression on these boards than care to admit. I'm glad you're treating yourself with exercise rather than turning to street drugs and I hope you can find a way to take the fewest pharmaceuticals possible to maintain a good quality of life.
I second twisted, anything you need, give a shout

Side note, anyone notice that he's taking probably two grams of serious gear and the shit that's really doing damage is the doctor prescribed meds? Funny.

alwaysmassive78's picture

I don't usually run gear that high, I thought it would help me come off everything, but didn't pan out that way. Obviously I shouldn't be that stupid, but I was. But it was good to find that the worst stuff was the prescribed meds- what actually set me looking into it was watching the news and hearing about the Opiate Crisis in the US. I thought at first "what's the big deal with painkillers?" Obviously I knew they weren't good for you long term, but I didn't think it was as dangerous as it is- I don't drink, smoke or do recreational drugs, don't eat rubbish food so I though It balanced it out- it really doesn't. I was started on Valium for insomnia and anxiety, then Co-codamol 30/500 Tablets when I hurt my back, then whenever I went something was added or swapped. Ironically I thought they would be all just slightly over but I need to look at my Cholesterol and my liver issues asap. My old GP would give me blood tests and when I asked about the results he would say there was nothing to be concerned about. Heard recently you can insist on all your blood tests to be provided which I didn't know at the time. I don't think they get paid for prescribing drugs on the NHS, but maybe they do. Maybe my old GP was just doing what he thought was best, but had different training....

Aways massive you are digging yourself an early grave I don't know what you are going through in this battle but there are good things to come don't do something you will regret later on trust me I've had a hard life and make poor decisions from time to time but you gotta keep your head up and just keep moving foward even if your are not sure which direction foward is pick one and run with it.
You have my respect and if you ever need to pm me I have alot of first hand experience fighting many battles most of em within myself

alwaysmassive78's picture

The main issue I had was the docs which I've recently changed from, had me on opiates and paracetamol(acetaminophen) and ibuprofen- all bad for heart, liver and kidneys. In the UK we get designated a doctor and if you ask to change you have to give a good reason, which I didn't feel happy saying I wasn't convinced by the lead docs 'drug protocol'. I have anxiety issues (hence valium) so didn't want to make an issue of it. This new docs (we moved miles away) just accepted everything I said and changed everything. Now I'm back on the anti-depressants I'll return to my normal practice of low Test and Deca only. I have to say the only thing I have been ok with was doing weights. The worst moment was when my daughter (she's an amazing 3 year-old) was being funny with a hair clip in and spinning by the mirror saying about being 'so pretty' and I couldn't raise a smile- that's when I called a service we have here called '111' who deal with non-emergency medical issues- I was asked to go immediately to the hospital but couldn't as didn't have a car and haven't driven since I crashed years ago, so they told me to call my GP and tell reception it was an emergency. Had a call back from the GP and advised to start anti-depressants straight away- if no improvement within 48 hours I was to go in as an emergency appointment but fortunately I felt better within hours. Then when I went in next he agreed completely that I needed to change what I took so down to just the 2 meds.

He also had this advice- my back pain I need to accept and literally ride through it- the more I allow it and move through it the less it will affect me. All the opiates do is dull you so much you can't really function and all that liver-killing shit- glad to be off that even if it does now ache after deadlifts! He's a decent doc- saw my wife as well and after 7 previous visits at the old docs regarding pain she has in her back on one side (she's got scoliosis- curvature of the spine) this new doc said he thinks one leg is shorter than the other which means the muscles on one side work harder (it seizes up) and the spine is affected. Went home and measured her about 10 times. One leg half an inch shorter it seems.

In the UK they seem to always prescribe certain drugs for the same issues. My mother is on a whole bunch of drugs (same as I was and more) apart from she had different anti-depressants.

I'm going to do another test in a couple of months and see what changes have happened. I did consider editing certain things but then I thought I'd rather be truthful and lose some karma than bullshit my way through this. I don't drink, smoke, do drugs (other than prescribed) by the way, so this just demonstrates the dangers of using certain substances.

Sorry for long reply, much respect for saying you've made poor choices and you're right I do need to just focus on the important stuff and stop killing myself just as I've been given shit that dulls my brain so much I don't need to face anything. It's been hard for me to deal with and I even blocked my wife off while I went through it. Don't feel great as having withdrawals but not as bad since started the new painkillers for some reason. I'm already back to laughing at my daughter's crazy stuff which is a good sign!

GrowMore's picture

Thanks for uploading these mate. I'll be the first to say I don't know fuck all but if I was you I'm pretty sure I'd jack the gear in and concentrate on my family (I know you're a big family man), gain strength mentality and help guide them through this difficult time.

Best of luck.

alwaysmassive78's picture

As posted on SI page "Bloods are up and unfortunately over the level they can measure as I went a bit mad on it- had other issues at the time and tried to compensate with high Test and also (sorry UGFREAK) dosed way higher than normal as that guy said was underdosed. If it is then something is wrong with my processing of Test as the results were ridiculous. Great strength gains though when I'd plateaued for a while. Apologies to the source and I will be running another set of bloods in a couple of months. "

alwaysmassive78's picture

Just got the go ahead to list the meds I was on and what I'm on now from Pale so here goes:
Codeine/Paracetamol (acetaminophen) 30/500mgx2 every 4 hours (up to 4 times a day)
Dihydrocodeine slow release 60mg every morning
Ibuprofen 600mg every 6 hours
Mirtazapine (anti-depressant called Remeron in the States) 45mg every night
Valium 20 mg a day

This combination will make you feel like death and worse, coming off is like having every illness all at once, which is why it's 'addictive'. I certainly didn't enjoy it, it's fucking hell trying to function properly. I was actually advised to be on permanent sick-leave, but i didn't agree to it, so I stay at home and look after my daughter while my wife works- I hope now I'm being freed from the shit I've been on things will change as I used to boss 100 staff at one point.

Now on

Mirtazapine (anti-depressant called Remeron in the States) 45mg every night
Gabapentin 300mg 3 times a day (can increase if needed by 1 tablet per day every week so starts 1,1,1, and then maybe 2,1,1 as mornings are when I struggled to move)- the difference is night and day. Feel clear-headed for the first time in a long time.

alwaysmassive78's picture

He tried me on amitriptyline- worst time of my life- slept for something like 16 hours and woke up drained. He just kept adding stuff every time I went back- as I couldn't handle the cocktail and had stomach issues I got given Omeprazole- to lower stomach acid. I had Asthma when I was younger, didn't have an inhaler for some 20 years and then had all this shit and now have preventative inhaler and Ventolin one. I think it's the opiates as they are known to potentially affect respiratory system- I'm hoping in a few months I won't need them any more. Obviously I'm going by what I've researched on Google about it, but I didn't want to confront my old GP with it- one of the downsides of having issues with anxiety! When I saw the new one I just said I didn't want to take it all anymore and he had no issue at all. My mother's been on more drugs than me for her back and neck issues for a lot longer. No idea how she copes.

stairmaster's picture

Damn mate:
strong prescription anti-depressants and painkillers, testo, TREN , deca, provi...

Anyway, good luck for your health in the future, hope you find the right way back to a life without any AD's or other "shit". All the best and thanks for sharing!

Gettingbig's picture

Shit brother your dumb ass doc had you on all that asprin im sure combined with an opioid but thats what will kill your liver i hope that you can get yourself right.

Sorry about the dumbass comment if you like your doctor im not fond of many doctors.

I also saw you run tren if depression is underlying from what I have researched on tren bad choice of compound. You know your body better than me just an observation.
Good luck and good gains brother

alwaysmassive78's picture

I agree totally- changed doctors and let's just say that your suspicions are headed the right way, and then worse- he told me to drop what I was on and prescribed a different single painkiller for neuropathic pain as basically I had partially torn the ligaments on one side of my back about 10 years ago and he said (correctly) that the painkillers I was taking wouldn't help as the tissue would have hardened around the nerve and I'd have nerve damage as part of it. Been on new ones for a few days and feel much better which is good news!

Gettingbig's picture

Im really happy that you changed doctors you could have ended up in a really bad place.
