Anyone use this for health benefits?

why would you use something that isn't medically necessary ? I wouldn't touch it and I had a script for it ..

fucking around with your blood sugar using scripts that aren't medically necessary (ironically enough many here have found that out the hard way) are a good way to end up having to use it for the rest of your life. I choose to manage my blood sugar with my diet rather than a pill .... not to mention that I did use them for a short time and the side effects were horrific. Did the research discuss why people over 30 might need them? What is the source of your research? perhaps they were not doing the things necessary to stay healthy? don't know but since I am in the medical field I do know research can be altered, suppressed and or made to look a particular way according to what one is aiming for.

FYI ... I got into this due to medical issues

It increases shbg and is taxing on kidneys. On paper they claim it's good. I wouldn't take that, especially if its not absolutely necessary.

Well that's scary
