What do you prefer pre or post workout? How do you normally run it?
Usually 1hr pre workout. Run it in 3-4 week runs with a 3 week break then start over and repeat.

The IGF/HGH combo is really good shit. I'm only doing the IGF pre-workout and the HGH before bedtime. Gained 7lbs in less then 2 weeks. Along with my AAS, looks like a solid run is in the making.

My own, Palumbos is extremely over diluted if u do it that way. Just mix 2mls of Bac Water in the vial and ur GTG..

Anyone has swelling after using weeks of hilma test e vials? I am almost at the end of the vial and injection started being painfull.
I used cooper ampuls and they were really soft and painless, but hilma has a bit hard oil and 24h after injection there is soreness in the injection area.
