Ya, mines been held up for weeks... Not even sure its been shipped either. I was given " store credit" , although they don't give you any instructions on how to INITIATE a credit or apply it to an order. Every time I send a ticket or speak to a live rep they tell me they have to let "upper Management " look at my case and will get back to me... which hasn't happened. So I just placed an order and requested my store credit in the comments section. no responses received to me yet. ITS ALL nonsense. I was even given a 20% off code. but I'm afraid to even use that as I never received my original order nor received store credit for my second order... so , ill be damned if ill be fooled by a 3rd failing order. I cant stand people bitching... but I guess I'm the bitch now. just frustrating when u pay for something and don't receive .

This is what our website support would always reply:
You have been approved for a credit of $. To redeem your credit, you have 1 of 2 options. You may reply to this ticket with your newest order ID. The credit will be applied manually. Or you could create a brand new order, notate your credit amount in the comments field, and it too will be applied manually.
To initiate your credit open a ticket with the original ticket # with the credit and the order # you want credited.
It takes a wk or 2 but it gets approved

Many times, but even if it didn't or it does sit there are always 2 things that will/can happen, either you'll eventually get your pack or you'll get a letter. That's the game

All products appear to only be the cartridge version (i.e. the powder and the solution syringe for mixing the powder with the solution that is in the plunger tool) but no actual injection pen.
What pen do you need to use these? Only one from Lilly I'd imagine? I know there are some other pens on the market but I'd assume they are specific to each vendor/pharm company.
I'd hate to buy one of your Lilly Humatrop "Pen" products and not actually get an injection pen to inject with. Also, the pens on the Lilly site look specific to the cartridge size (they are color coded), so unless you have the 72iu pen, your 72iu version seems unusable to most.
Appreciate clarification on all of this.

18iu and 36iu come with a pen, the 72iu version is cartridge only. We will add a pen on sale soon as well.
Thanks for the reply. The pens would likely make it easier to use. GF used a pen for some IVF meds and it was nice and easy.
So does the 72iu include only the cartridge and not the mixing syringe/plunger? Just want to know if I bought it as it currently is if I'll be even able to use it by manually extracting doses with insulin syringes. Don't want to buy vial of powder and that is all. LOL
No one sells the injection pen with the cartridge, it's the water and gh only, then u extract it with slin pins.
Thanks. Makes sense. Wasn't sure if the cartridge was designed in such a way to prevent use of slin pins and the like. Would hate to have to break it open and the product go flying everywhere and/or get tainted.

I have one hopefully simple question to ask. Who do you get your Clen/T3 from? DP? GP? Alpha-Pharma? Eminence? Magnum Pharm? Maxtreme Pharma? Pharmacom? any others?
I've previously tried going through GP before their price hikes which nearly all products are g2g and felt like I had to take a much higher dose than I otherwise would needed to get the desired effect. I just ordered some from Alpha-Pharma to try them out as DP was "out of stock" earlier this week.
Any advice from personal experience would be great.

Gp is my fav...their all good brands...
Any of those brands are decent to be honest but personally as clen and t3 are such small doses that only a quality lab would be able to produce in correctly amounts I would go for either GP, DP or pharmacom.

I have submitted several ticket about not receiving my order. However you're so called support team has not even responded. I cannot even log into the NapsHelp.com. Funny how I can login to place a new order but not to the help section. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice shame on you! Never again.
