My order has been stuck for almost two weeks and hasn't even shipped. Although EVERY ticket I've submitted, I get a very well written response and explanation and the live support is online within seconds and answers my questions. I know it may be hit or miss with customer support , but these guys are responding as if I'm there only customer.. honestly I was blown away. But still.. my pack has yet to move . And they will make it right one way or another . They are having major issues with any sources coming out of China ( most all of them) per NAPS CS. So we're all in the same boat. Hope that helped or pissed of somebody;)

Want to chime in: I ordered for the very first time, late May, took ~ 3 days to pick up the payment, part of the order shipped shortly thereafter and arrived within a week.
The second part took a week or so to ship, and it just arrived, probably not quite 3 weeks total.
So they seem GTG.

They are delivering but things are messed up. Just not sure what is going on. I just PM about a pac I received that was short product and another one being held up at Post facility. Nothing new just seems to be a lot of problems lately. You know when it rains it pours. Naps has always come through thou. Some things out of their control. Hope that helps
Just wanted to hear what the real consensus is. Have been using naps for years without a hitch. Now it seems all I'm reading is lots of shitty recent reviews. Many seem to be from whiners who never expect delays with international shipping. Was thinking about placing yet another order with NAPS and just wished to hear from the experienced members what the "real" word on the street is. Is Naps truly fucking people or are just people being little bitches?
I've been ordering from NAPS for years and they have ALWAYS come through. Always got what I ordered. There are glitches sometimes and it can take longer than normal but patience and it'll be delivered. Ive waited the most two months. I've been on the impatient side myself but it always hits my mailbox or post office. NAPS is GTG!
Please refrain from ordering at the moment if not ready to wait the extra 3-4 weeks. We are working on a lot of pending and delayed orders right now. Unfortunately this happens a few times a year and its completely out of our control.

An extra 3-4 weeks in addition to the timeframe you already state for delivery? Again , I understand the game. All info would be helpful. Thank you.
ES1980Last time I ordered some dragon pharm took six weeks. The gear was real and it was good. I would order but I'm stocked up.
Thanks brother. Yes, Ive ordered Dragon products from Naps prior with great success. 6 weeks is more than the usual 3 but China is China and we all know how packages can linger. Thanks for the heads up.
Hey Naps, any idea how long you'll be delayed? My last 8 orders have been from you guys and I can wait maybe 5-6 weeks total and would prefer to stick with you guys but any longer and I'd have to figure something else out.
Strange that their whole GP line is out of stock " coming soon". Usually just a couple of items are out not all of them.

I've been using NAPS for a couple years and have always used GEneza gear with great results. Does anyone have experience with dragon pharma or magnum pharma?
I've used Geneza for over 5 years, just switched to Dragon and getting good results with their Eq, Deca, Test (Cyp, Enan)
Has anyone had any more problems with their pharmacom gear here being fake? I saw where the one person was complaining and uploaded pics. Just curious.
I really can't get the proper explanation of some picture facts from Pharmacom, except that the typos are ok and it was a printing facility mistake. Also they said the picture is very old and not made by this member, they already saw it and dealed with it on other forums.
