Lol. Concentrate is the whey to go, if you'll pardon the pun. Everyone knows supp companies are big time scammers, and they caught noobs hook, line, and sinker with all that overpriced isolate crap. Literally no difference in results. NONE. And you get less of it for more money. WHAT A DEAL!
RustyhookerConcentrate is the garbage type. Super loaded with lactose which causes the gastro bloating and horrible gas.
It all comes down to what makes you sicker. The little bit of bloating--which I never noticed btw--that comes from concentrate, or forking over more money to a supplement company. I know which makes me sicker.
Isolate does give you more servings per lb, due to higher concentration and fewer fillers.
Plus has less lactose. Better filtered less of it. My bro is lactose intolerant and if he has concentrate will get the shits, lol
