Updates of 2 months of hardworks. I remember Sauron's words "Get some meat", so, meat is here. More back and arms workouts really pays off, and definitely belly now looks much better. I think it not a finish, but big achievement. Much love to everyone!

I've tried to get wife to join and post her progress she's made over the years, but she gets confused on FB. She'd end up putting a picture of our whole family and the back of our cars in the driveway and you could see our car tags. But she's a beast in the gym..
