Order placed today , payment made today... went online to submit payment information and every attempt to get onto the site NAPSGEAR.ORG an error message shows ( 502 BAD GATEWAY). Which means the site must be down. I'm concerned for one that once it goes back up, the SALE items of the week I purchased will be off sale. That sale item ends tommorow. I'm trying to make payment Now. So if the site is down and I can't make payment. What happens to my order in regards to my ( product of the week items) . Please advise. Thank you.

From my experience of products come from China you will most liking encounter a delay time but not all the time also China shipping causes red flags at customs specially if it lands it LA or SF customs extremely strict in those areas.
I make sure I get my products from India or Europe, 100% success delivery each time ;)
Yea, it happened to me quite often. There were times it says inbound to customs and sat for a month but unfortunately it's out of the sources hands. International shipping in general has been slow lately but I been in this game a long time and that's why it takes me months to prepare for a cycle. This is the game man, I'm sorry brother.

5/14 money submitted. 5/27 order still says payment in process. Feels a lot like I just got screwed out of a large order. I've submitted a ticket: was told "not on our end, just wait." I sent a PM on this board with no response.

Youre one of many Duke, and you are absolutely right. If you submitted via bitcoin you have already seen through the details in your wallet that the money was both successfully sent, and received. This has nothing to do with shipping times related to extenuating circumstances, customs, etc. We all know this game, and how the timeline is never guaranteed. This is about not even getting a reassurance that "the money is safely in hand, and the delay is XYZ related, but yes your order is in queue and will be shipped at some point." The whole "payment process hold up is not on our end" is TOTAL BULLSHIT! Btw my transaction dates are the exact same as yours...lol
