How are you training around the disk injury? Just got one myself of last Friday and trying to plan my next steps

I took off almost a year from the gym. Job kept me in shape walking 5 hours a day. Went to the best specialist I could find. If you have insurance look up the top specialist in your state, it's worth it. I did physical therapy on top of that also. Most of all, I really had to dial in on diet since I wasn't hitting the iron. Maybe one or two cheat meals a month/no junk. Also I blast and cruise, so for a year I just cruised at 200mg/wk. p.s. If you do an excersise and it makes it worst, stay away from it. I can't do skulls anymore or squats. So for triceps replaced skulls with cable pushdown, 1 hand reverse grip. And 8 sets of leg press instead of 4 sets of squats and 4 sets of presses. Never got any pain relief until I went to a nerve specialist. Hope that helped. Add me as a friend.

Thank you. Compared to Ronnie is great compliment.

I would say Ronnie had the second best back of all time, second only to Dorian, and even his only beats Ronnie's by a hair imo. That is one hell of a compliment to be compared to even a young RC. Great back +

Agreed. Ronnies back was unbelievable. Definitely appreciate a compliment like that. At 41 that keeps me going.
