Thank you brother. Honestly everything is reps, so no ego lifting. Since I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, and having titanium out in my my neck. I keep lifts in the 15-10 reps range. Except for legs which are in the 20-15 reps range. So triceps push down 95lbs(2hands). Bench flat, 230lbs, incl 200, decl 270. Leg press 360. Also, switches to a gym with sauna and hot tub, recovery at my age is everything
