5/14 money submitted. 5/27 order still says payment in process. Feels a lot like I just got screwed out of a large order. I've submitted a ticket: was told "not on our end, just wait." I sent a PM on this board with no response.

Youre one of many Duke, and you are absolutely right. If you submitted via bitcoin you have already seen through the details in your wallet that the money was both successfully sent, and received. This has nothing to do with shipping times related to extenuating circumstances, customs, etc. We all know this game, and how the timeline is never guaranteed. This is about not even getting a reassurance that "the money is safely in hand, and the delay is XYZ related, but yes your order is in queue and will be shipped at some point." The whole "payment process hold up is not on our end" is TOTAL BULLSHIT! Btw my transaction dates are the exact same as yours...lol

So, is this a regular thing with bitcoin for you all? I've never had anything like this occur with other payment methods. I've only used bitcoin once before and liked how it worked. However, everything on my end says the transaction has been sent and confirmed multiple times. This is far from my first order and I've been in the game far longer than my "karma" on eroids indicates. First time seeing this kind of thing. Naps if you are saying my order is received and will be processed I'll keep being patient.
They seem to be a bit slow right now but don't worry you will get what you ordered, just may take a bit longer than usual. If you need things in a week, should go with a domestic source

Been talking to a competitor and they tell me their average arrival time is 3.6 days from China to the USA with premium shipping. This is the first time I have ever even considered using another site in 3 years as a customer. I simply can't continue to do business with you with 6 week transit times.
I don't want a refund or store credit - I have done enough business with you, and I have always enjoyed your service. I want you to let me pay you more money for faster shipping, that's it. Without that, I simply can't rely on you guys anymore.

I feel like I'm taking advantage of naps somehow. I got in on their killit2 promo and got an incredible deal on a good sized order, then got a bunch of free stuff in killit3. Now they just shipped me free stuff for participating in the promos... as if I didn't benefit enough by getting in on them already.
Naps is pretty hard to beat, a wide range of good products and they really seem to take care of customers.
Edit: It seems they changed their shipping location recently, I've still been getting stuff no problem from them (other orders in between promos), it just takes a few days longer than before.
