Pharmacom Labs gets counterfeited more and more. One of our bulk customers in UK has been offered by a third-side supplier allegedly original Pharmacom Labs products. He has been offered samples and made photos for us. We have recently seen a poorly made copy of Pharmacom Labs from Latin America
And now we encountered this very precise counterfeit of our products. Not every person would be able to find differences. Here are photos
Original boxes are a little bit higher as the the fake ones. There are some differences in fonts as well as color shades and caps used . However, the most important difference is that the fake vials use only strips with codes and our current original vials have codes implemented directly into the label under a scratch-off layer with our logos:
We have to warn you as well that unfortunately fake vials can have codes, which are verified as genuine in our official site! Again, fake vials have codes on strips only. The codes, which we have checked, belong to the early batches, which we launched years ago in 2014 yet. Someone ordered our products in bulk and took the strips which were supplied with our vials or just copied them. As far as we are aware only vials are counterfeited, no pills and amps were found. We think the verification codes will repeat on vials. In this case, when checking the codes on our site, you will see the warning: this code was checked 2 (or 3,4,5,etc.) times before.
Please don`t order from doubtful sources. If you order from basicstero.info and pharmacomstore.ws you for sure will have only genuine products.

Can either D or V chip in and let me know what site is the best to use for UK customers, I've been stung with the fake stuff recently here in the U.K. with prices very similar to the websites so the confusion is probably stemming from me not wanting to get my fingers burned again.
I can tell you from numerous experience that Pharmacom labs are top notch. You will not be disappointed. They have, however, posted on other areas of this site that their products are being counterfeited more and more. If I were you I would stick with the two that are known to be legit.... do some research and you'll figure which ones are the real deal. Simec AG [web] is an independent laboratory located in Switzerland. As a private service, Simec AG conducts chemical and microbiological analyses under EN 17025 and GMP.
Each report has an individual number and all results are verifiable. E.g. if you would like to verify the specific lab results from below, contact Simec AG and and request an authenticity check for the report C55xxx. The number is located on the upper right corner of the test report page. The authenticity verification request is identical for any other products of ours tested at Simec AG.

I got, what says is fake, a bottle directly from pharmacom. I have retried entering the number, perhaps I was reading them wrong, but none have checked out. Kinda bummed because I have a lot of faith in Parmacom and think they are a great company, I don't know how this could have happened. if anyone is interested, I have pics available

The scenario of faking our own products is indeed interesting to say the least especially considering the fact that we made many recent warnings regarding the counterfeits we found on the market:
If you ordered directly from us and the codes indeed don't work then maybe you should follow another route, a logic one, different than the one you took or maybe contact our team.
Another option would be to properly check our news section or forum threads where we often mentioned that these situations can still occur given our huge volume of new codes being generated for new batches.
Also, I hope you do know that the verification system where you checked up your products is also made by our company so why would we try to make our life harder and generate fake results for our fake products ... would that be profitable business wise, if your scenario would be true?

i would stick to the #1 source as i have had good experience with and the #2 had a packed seized first try and no re ship so never tried again.

Yes Sir, the vial is crystalized.
It will come back to normal state if heated.
Active compound is not altered due to crystalization.
