This was very good on their part as I used an email that was not compatible at forst but they did not lose patience with me and helped guide me to resolve the issue. Also gave advice when I asked on compounds.
The turn around was fast, 2 days from order to delivery and the packaging was very secure and inconspicuous.
Only a small forst order as I already had some bits but no doubt I will be back as I can not fault the service or products I received. Keep it up guys.

The Communication I receive is 10/10. They respond to emails the same day, and sometimes even multiple emails in a day. Despite the emails I send them, they keep me informed every step of the process.
T/A is also a 10/10 I am in the US and from the time I place my order and pay for it, It is always at my front door in 14 days or less.
Packaging is very discrete. And I've never had any problem with broken bottles.

Considering the other reviews for musclerapid here and my own experience with them so far, its very clear to me these guys are professionals, doing good business with quality products at competitive prices, and are serious about the long term relationships they develop with their customers!
First off, this guys is one of the best at replying and dealing with queries. Ive ordered many times, and he is polite, courteous and products arrive as quickly as is possible, and products always superb and legit....
Until now.
On ordering a few more bits recently, I ordered some Tretizen Accutane. First alarm bells went off when they arrived without their boxes, just blister packs wrapped in bubble wrap.
Im a very experienced accutane user (acne and me get on really well apparently) and the smell usually associated with accutane products wasnt there at all. 2nd alarm bell.
Finally, at doses up to 80mg and I have no sides whatsoever. This stuff is undoubtedly bunk garbage.
I have emailed him to ask for a refund, with the offer of sending back the remaining packs if he requires. £90 spent on bunk is no laughing matter, especially when your skin leaves permanent reminders that youve been sold bunk gear.
I will update the review if and when he replies with a satisfactory response. Unitl then, as much as I want to, I cant recommend him anymore.
