PMs have been sitting in the inbox for about a week now. 2 weeks ago, he said they were all gonna be answered in 24 hours and then they sat for 3 days and then he got to half of them and then they went back up to 70+ and havent been touched since. I don't think any of us are gonna order anything until things start to get back to normal around here.

finaprick191aaI can't believe how bad customer service has gotten here lately after all the orders my buddies have placed and had success with. I've submitted a few tickets and was finally gotten back to and told to PM on here and that it would be taken care of by him, but whoever is monitoring this site is either asleep, on vacation, preoccupied with something else, or doesn't care about customer service anymore. A week ago, I saw a post saying all PM's would be answered in 24 hours by naps and then I watched them sit for about 4 days before one PM was even touched and that was after people were on here complaining. Then half got read, who knows if they were actually taken care of or just read, and then eroids goes down for a day and now here we are again with no activity in here.

You been in naps review section lately? Every recent review is from a brand new eroids account saying that they have been customers for years. Doesn't that seem a bit odd? There's been alot of complaints in here as of lately that the "5 days ago bust" doesn't explain. And as far as the bust goes, the mail service over there has been knowingly letting this shit in for years. Apparently someone didn't get their bribe this time or had to bust someone to make it look like they aren't totally corrupt over there.

I've recently dropped an order with naps and it shipped the beginning of this month from China and I've gotten orders shipped from china before but just have to wait a little extra. For example for myself it had taken about 6 weeks from shipping to receiving it.
