Using the Prop in Sust instead of TNE
I like long esters. I hate to pin often. I ran tren ace a the cycle before this one and the EOD pinning got old fast. Would using Sust two shots weekly be almost equivalent to adding some TNE to my pin? Has anyone ran Sust pinning only twice a week and also ran it EOD? Did you notice a difference? I train Mon Tues Thurs Fri Sun. But, Sunday is active recovery, I go to the gym and do 4 sets of 20 for each muscle group. I notice this helps my recovery a ton. I have some Sust and am thinking of pinning Sun at midnight and Wed at noon, so every 3.5 days. This way the prop from the Sust is active on my training days. Is this stupid? Will managing E2 be a problem using this protocal? Help me out here guys.

RustyhookerNope. Esters bro...
Prop is nowhere close to the same rate of release as TNE.
Prop isn't like TNE. Prop is not a pre-workout. It is not fast acting (with respect to TNE) so pinning it on your workout day isn't going to do much for you on that day. I have done MWF with sust but if only going 2x/wk then use test E or C.
Insert your pinning schedule here http://steroidcalc.com to have an idea of your test peaks
Thanks for the link. I checked. Slight difference at doses under 350mg per week. But when I run a test only cycle or higher test cycle every other day is a must.
backonroidsMy first cycle was Sus , I ran it twice a week and made some good gains . I feel like eod is better to benefit most from short esters . I would like to stress that I was young when I ran that cycle and I didn't have any bloods taken , I imagine they where all over the place .
I would do it eod or 3xpw to get the most out of it and keep your levels stable .
have you tried smaller needles ? I don't mind multiple injections aslong as you have plenty of sites to use.
I know sustanon was developed with the intention of allowing for sustained testosterone release with infrequent (2 per week) injections. I read a lot of literature that leans one way or another, eod vs e3.5d. I'll have to simply try it both ways and see if there's a noticeable difference.
