It's common knowledge Ireland's customs are tough but I know that from being here for years. It wasnt listed. I think you have a case.
Cheers for that pal, I wouldn't have placed the order if I thought I was taking that kind of risk with no security from naps, that's a lot of money, that I simply don't have to go and try again. Also I didn't know the package would come from outside the EU to be honest. The products I bought have been sent to me from a different supplier in the past, from central Europe

Yeah sure I did. Hence my point in Ireland not being declared as high risk. So I assumed I was covered for reship should customs seize the package. Look there is no point in discussing this any more I don't think they will reship. If I just got my point across to any Irish man or anyone from Europe about to place an order with naps, they should take my situation into consideration. I will post my case in every forum I see not to put naps down, but to be informative. And if it saves someone from making the same mistake I did. Then good karma to me. Naps will have lost more than they gained from this
Did you pm the rep on here ? Be patient talk to him before doing anything he has more pull then the guys on the ticket system I've found this out first hand... if what you say is true then I believe you are right to be frustrated but I also believe you should give them the opportunity to make good before going on the war path

It clearly says which countries that they won't research too,also they did there part and no one forced you to order from them..you could of tried another country closer to you..but it does suck..hope you get it worked out man.maybe they will refund your money...who knows???
Yeah it states some of the countries clearly alright, but I don't see the logic in not including Ireland to those clearly stated.. it seems to be decided on a case by case basis. I've been with another source for years and never been disappointed. First time with naps and this happens. Received some Viagra from them as part of my order and it stated health supplements on the package. And wrapped in an a4 page inside an envelope. I wouldn't consider that being discreet to honest.

And I would just like to reiterate the point I made that was deleted, I don't see the logic in having some countries mentioned as high risk and Ireland not mentioned. When naps are now telling me it is a high risk country.

I've ordered from NAPS 3 or 4 times. Always have received my pack. It is a little sketchy having to go through customs, you never know. They've always come through for me, I just received my very small pack of Cialis and Amiridex
