Ive had great luck with hibiclens in the shower apply for 3-4 mins then wash off its a anti septic wash they use at hospitals
There are 100 posts a out acne on here. What I will say is Accutane should be avoided at ALL costs. That shit is poison and you will likely resolve it from sun exposure or a safe topical route.

I say get your back washed with Irish spring soap mixed in with some Epsom salt and that will dry that acne out and bring you relief

Why is someone above suggesting Accutane? Is not the combo bad? I will stop responding negatively. You were just trying to help.
Accutane is a last resort drug and should only be used for severe acne, not a few pimples you may get while on cycle. You should only take accutane under a doctors care and with monthly bloods. Even then, you can have extreme side effects. Google accutane side effects for a fun read.
On cycle should first be taken care of with keeping your estro steady and within range. That usually keeps things pretty mild,mic anything. Then there are tons of topical remedies that seem to work fine. Use the search function and you'll find about a hundred posts regarding these remedies.
If none of these seem to work, then anti-biotics would be your next step.
If that doesn't work, if it's bothering you that bad, just stop your cycle. Best of luck.
