Just destroyed shoulders. Have been off cycle for about 3 and 1/2 weeks now, I haven't lost any weight or size, I have actually gained 4 or 5 pounds since coming off but more than likely because I have increased carbs. Diet is still strict though, once you learn how your body reacts to certain foods & you really focus on what works versus what doesn't work, you will be amazed at the difference. I will continue to preach this, DIET IS KEY

What was your last cycle?
Yessir! Started off with Sust350 wk/ tren a 350 wk/ and mast e 400 wk/ and then second half of cycle I switched to test prop & mast prop & increased the tren Ace. Used some Adrol pre-workout but not very often.
