ad
Lets say im on cycle, And i want to loose fat as Quickly as possible , not trying to get huge at all, Just low body fat like mens physique model...
My Theory is the Test and any other Anabolic will protect your muscle , So I can Go WAYY low Total Cals
Example for a 215 lb man
250 G Protein a day
25 G Fat
100 Carb
1600 Cal A Day
Obv i might loose some muscle ,., But will i get shredded if i keep Test at 500-650 Wk

Seems to me that your metabolism would slow down from that big a caloric deficit. Juice or not, you are going to lose muscle tissue. Your body will literally start using protein for energy instead of muscle repair. As Makwa already said, that type of prolonged deficit will make you look skinny-fat.
your gonna suffer metabolic damage if you keep going like that with the carbs. Its always good to keep your body in optimal levels of both carbs and protiens. So in short term you ll lose a lot long term you ll be damaged. Think about most Asian s they eat a super high carb diet and they are all skinny.
Short Term as in 2 months would be fine?
That ll be fine.
Go that low and you will suffer metabolic fatigue right away and your fat gain will come to a halt and muscle wasting will speed up. AAS will not spare your muscles in that situation. You will lose weight but not the kind you want. You won't get shredded but you will look skinny-fat.
Since you're 23 I won't mention any ass. But yes you could drop your cals low and U will lose fat fast, not to say it's the healthy correct way to do it. You will also quit losing fat fairly quickly, in which you would need to drop cals even less to keep losing. This is why U start at a very small deficit, and drop little by little.
Im 28, Sorry, Forgot to update my profile
Drugs are not a substitute for nutrition. 25 g fat is entirely too low. Look in the forums under nutrition and get familiar with some of the content in there. Especially the content Makwa puts out.
nothing will protect your muscle if you ''Go WAYY low Total Cals''
you do not need 5-600 a week of ''Test and any other Anabolic'' to 'maintain' muscle
Your macros there are topsey turvey, in my opinion, and so is your seemingly uneducated approach to becoming like a mens physique model
That said, you can diet in a way that doesnt require aas, shreds fat and is muscle sparing while filling you with energy and mental clarity - the Ketogenic diet
You shouldn't go near aas until your training and nutrition are on point (whatever your approach), you shouldnt be dieting until you know how your body works and what approach is most effective for you, and before any of thAT, you need to really clarify your goals... you can start from ''like mens physique model'' if you like and work backwards, or you can close the online magazines and instagram and take some time to learn about exercise, programming nutrition, diet, training cycles/periodisation etc etc etc... I recommend the latter
Some Men's physique are quite big, 25 fat is too low, you should read something about dieting before consider to use aas
A Bodybuilder Dominic Cardone told me to go to 25 Gs Fat a day, Thats why i was asking
