This was the 1st time I ordered through Naps. I ordered over the holidays (my own fault) and shipping was indeed delayed. Each time I reached out to support, I received a response very quickly. I was very anxious about it getting through customs and arriving safely. Thankfully, no other issues. I've already put in another order which has already shipped out. Naps has won my business!

-2I havent ordered from them in a long time but i felt obligated to leave a review as i have been a customer for over 4 years they are g2g they do contest which i won once and they gave me a $500 gift card. they have product of the week and shipping is fast.
over the years i have had hundreds of vials and orals.
never had to contact them
usually takes about 10-14 days i've ordered a bunch of times and have gotten quicker and later then said time.

I've been a long time happy customer of Napsgear. I wanted to share my current cycle and gains.
I received my gear 8 weeks ago from Napsgear. I'm currently taking Dragon Pharma Sustanon 350, Drago Pharma Deca 300 and Geneza Nolvadex. I started just before Christmas. I weighed in at 225lbs. The packages were top notch. Noone would be able to tell what was in it and the vials were safely wrapped to insure no damage. The t/a was on point. It was roughly 15 days. Which is fast enough for me. Considering it said an estimated 21 days.

I placed an order with this supplier and have received a small portion of the order. I am messaging them over and over again with absolutely NO reply. Really not professional I mean this was mid January its totally ridiculous. Tracking number says no such package exists etc

The second package must have gotten lost in the mail because after the Chinese New Year was well over with I still hadnt received my second package. I reported it and was given a choice of credit or reshipment. I chose reshipment. It came within 4 days (!!) of being notified it had reshipped! AMAZING! I applaud Naps for their good customer service and quality products. I WILL be ordering again!

Clen, is BOMB. 50mg.. had to split it in half, was taking HALF pill in the afternoon and my body was burning till 04:00 ~ 05:00 in the morning lol. AMAZING quality of Clen for real.
Test? I had my doubts on it (not because i wasn't seeing a difference, but due to it being cheap + from India). Sorry India, i was wrong.. you RULE. I did blood test after 3 weeks pinning only this testopin no other company's test, 1ml every Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday afternoon.. had a blood test on Monday Morning (which i hadn't pin yet) and results showed me with 3500 testosterone LOL. IT'S BOMB TOO.

Not even had to contact them.. i receive every info on my email. Everything happened pretty fast.
Shipment was done in less than 30 hours and because they didn't have everything ready they shipped them in 3 different phases, but less than 4 days in total. Had them on my place in less than 2 weeks.
I 'll update when i test this winstrol i got from them.. For now, I 'm 100% satisfied with eveyrthing and anything in total.
-Been ordering from them for a couple years now, never had any issues besides payment one time and was taken care of very quickly once I emailed them.
-Shipping has always taken about three weeks except once when there was horrible weather it took 4 weeks but that wasn't NAPS fault.

I've used Naps for the past 2 cycles and have nothing but a good experience. My last order which was around Chinese New year was about the only delay I had in shipping and that was on China Post, Not Naps. I still got my entire order within 3.5 weeks of order. I have only been using Geneza Pharm and I will probably only use them as well. I started my first cycle with Dbol, test cyp, and armidex. I gained 20lbs in first 4 weeks with the Dbol at 50mg ED week 1, 40mg Ed week 2, and 30mg ED week 3 & 4. I also started taking 250mg of Test Cyp 2x a week Sunday and Wed for total of 500mg a week. As for armidex i was taking 1mg ED for first 4 weeks and then and still today i take .5mg EOD and have minimal sides. The only sides i ever really got was some acne on the upper arms and minimal testical atrophy. But my sex drive was up and would have amazing sex while on only 500mg of Test cyp.
I have recently placed my third order with Naps and this time around I will be prepping for contest prep (mens Physique) and ordered all Geneza 3x Test cyp 250, 3 Tren Ace 100, 2x GP Stan 50 and 2x Anastrozole. I will review again once this cycle ends.

I ordered 10 boxes of the yellow tops hgh and unfortunately it got snagged by us customs. Sent naps a copy of the letter and envelope and reship was approved! Received in less than 2 weeks (using a different addy of course). Last year my order of yellow tops were seized then and naps once again reshipped! Some people that are complaining about orders are either "reverse scammers" or just don't have a friggin clue! YOU ARE BUYING ILLEGAL DRUGS ONLINE! You are not buying from CVS or Walgreens. Be patient and follow the EASY STEPS for payment. Im sure naps is very busy, but all my orders were shipped and received under 3 weeks average! I been ordering from them now for 3 years and sepent THOUSANDS of dollars! I don't even bother shopping elsewhere.

Not a big deal, I just submitted a ticket and thought hey they will just pop the missing product in the mail. I got an email back that asked for further information about this missing product, so I gave it. I got another email, and they still requested even more different information that I again gave them. Once again I got an email and was asked to provide even more information and I again gave them. Finally after this ridiculous process (why not just ask for absoluty everything you need in one email,) they said they would re-send the missing product. Well after months of not hearing any updates or receiving this product, I just gave up. Naps is usually pretty good, but they missed something and are having a hard time correcting it. I have since brought my business else where because clearly naps feels that with their reputation already, they do not need to up-keep customer service
