Ordered from source several times over the years, gear has always been g2g, havent noticed any significant underdosing, Im prescribed to test and get it from the local walgreens and It always feels the same.

This was my first time using naps and I was very impressed. The first part of my order came in in about 9 days. the second took about 43 days to clear customs here. I started to worry and even contacted them a couple of times they always got back with me within a day. They explained their protocol for my situation and true to their word when the time came offered to resend but the same day my tracking number hit here so i let them know. After looking here i noticed that others that ordered before Christmas had the same hold up with china customs. That is so not naps fault. they even offered to resend without customs papers. I will be using them again real soon.

I was contacted by e-mail by Naps and gave them the shipment # and still nothing. However; their lil "Public Relations Department" were quick as "slick cat shit" to jump on my review and rant and rave about the quality of their products. And here lately that seems to be the norm for everybody not "singing their praises." I have damn near 30 orders from 2 different accounts and about 4 or 5 buddies. I will definitely order from these dudes exclusively regardless of a hiccup here and there. But I'm not feeling this lil trend lately, I've been around a long time in this game. And I've seen distributors come and go and from I 've witnessed it ALWAYS,ALWAYS spells the "beginning of the end" when a distributor starts wasting customers times by responding to negative reviews instead of investigating and fixing or de-bunking these complaints. Look Bruh, I don't want nothing I ain't paid for. But I'f you sell me a Porsche for the price of a Kia, then dammit I expect a Porsche. Why the hell am I still banging on this keyboard about an order I made in June of '16. Bad things echo as well as good. I can have 30 more perfect orders from Naps. But I will always be pissed about how this one was handled.
Napsgear just replied to my review saying that the status of my shipment will change in the next 10-12 days. again, they do not work for China post office, so that doesn't make sense and from past purchases from Napsgear it never took this long so something else is up. They continue to thumbs down anyone who leaves a review about not receiving their package. Napsgear only PM me 1 time! not multiple times.Telling your customers that they shouldn't by steriods because they have a valid gripe is extremely bad customer service. I am done with Napsgear. Never again

My order that I made on December 28, 2016 still has not moved from processed through China facility yet. Napsgear finally offered to re send the order not after I PM them but after I left a review then gave me a thumbs down. As of the re send of my order, it is also stuck package ready to ship. Don't what is going on but I know that other companies are having no problem getting their stuff through China

I have been using Naps since 2009. Almost 7 years of great products and prices. I always use Geneza, Jintani products. I'm 5'8" and weigh on the average 240 lbs. I'm 41 years old So their hgh had keeps me in shape. . Can't get any better than these products. I stick with the geneza helios in the summer with my cycle and jintani dbols with test c and masteron in the winter to bulk up..

Good. Ticket answered quickly when I had issues with shipping.
I was very disappointed in the shipping. I ordered sachets and orals and paid for EMS. When ordering sachets you have to pay EMS twice (Yup double for EMS)
Packs took almost 5 weeks after "shipped". Paying double EMS and taking as long as regular airmail is not good at all. But everything did arrive after almost 5 weeks. So in the end I just feel I got burned on the EMS fees.
GTG just get you shipping squared away NAPS. Yes, I understand the holiday thin and the nature of what is being shipped but if you cant honor the EMS don't offer it and have customers pay for what they could have gotten for airmail prices.
I'll shop again though and soon.
Ordered 12/31/2016 I have still not received my product. I Sent a pm on eroids after reading a review to send a pm if you have been waiting at least 5 weeks but have not received any reply. Sent a ticket on naps website and I get the wait 42 days... A friend ordered as well and is having the same problem of product not moving. Just getting stressed about it... Love naps and hope they can make things right.

I know that they have had some bad reviews recently, and I know that my China shipments have taken longer and got stuck places, even not in the holidays. They always eventually arrived though. No complaints with naps. Love the promos.

On this last order I was really worried about getting my product because I had always received everything in weeks and this time I was waiting months.
