I HAVE used the app and still do not have confirmation my order was sent. You said it would be shipped "by your guy" saturday. I never heard back from you. I asked you today on the app if that order went out and have not heard back. I have emailed you and your assistant as well and never got a reply back. Today I also reached out to your backup on the app so maybe they will reply to me with the info I need incase you are busy.
