General info on a cycle I'm thinking of doing

i have been a member here for a while just recently signing back on after 2 years or so and looking for information on my first cycle.

i was wanting to run test and var and possibly winny and also read about good results from just a var and winny cycle but cautious of the dosages of each as i have read multiple different dosages and people claiming x amount is to much when someone else claims you need at least x amount to see results

im 26 been working out for 10 years but extremely religiously for 6 years

im 6' 235lbs ~15% BF

i have experimented enough to know what works for me diet and training wise to achieve my desired goals

but now wanting to throw some gear into the mix to see what i can achieve, not looking for an extreme bulk or extreme cut, just want to see what can be achieved on my first cycle but i want to do it safely and be smart about it.

I've read a lot online and on these forums but as you all probably know there are a lot of mixed opinions and please feel free to tell me if I'm looking at the wrong products

any information is greatly appreciated

Wouldn't bother with the winny, Just go test and var 6 weeks var and 12 weeks test will be sufficient for some nice lean gains.

600 mgs test e or c p/w split into 2
50-70mg Var ED split into 3.
Arimidex .25 on injection days

I have done this exact cycle, it was my first cycle too! Worked well gained about 6lbs of lean muscle, Var blew my strength through the roof!

Usual recommendations would be test only but var is so light i wouldn't worry to much about throwing that in, Most sides will likely come from the test.. If you get any that is!

Do not run anything without running test. Unless your a women.
And if you a man, first cycle should be test only anyways, and thats if youve been training for 5 years and nutrition is good, IMO

really wouldn't mind putting on 10 lbs or so while dropping 1 or 2 percent body fat

What is your desired goal for the cycle?

With it being your first cycle your gains could be amazing based on the right diet and workout routine but I would personally save the cycle till you want to bulk, just so you get the most out of it.
