Just as the top says. I haven't introduced myself yet to this bored but what's up guys and some gals.
I'm 6' 245-250lbs 27yrs old and just nationally qualified and planning for the usa's. So that goes to show this is my idk. 8th cycle. Give or take. I was 218.6 on weigh ins.
I have ran all the gear before just not Tren and deca together. I know I've heard of staying away for running both at the same time but I'm not A beginner by any means. My last prep cycle I did was
Test eth at 700mg wk 1- 14wks
Dbol 30mg ed 1-4wk
Eq at 500mgwk 1-8wks
Tren eth at 600mg wk 3-14wks
Mast eth at 600mg wk 4-14wks
Winny 50mg ed for 3 wks and 100mg for 10days
T3 and clen was in the mix along side letro and other antis on hand.

But for this off-season. I wanna try to add some serious size again like I did a 3 years ago when I did a hard bulk with just 400mg test wk. And 300wk of deca for 12 weeks( this was my 2nd cycle) when from 215 At 13% to about 244lbs at 16%.
Currently once I bounce back from bloat and water I'll be roughly 245 At 10-11%bf.
So I know weight shouldn't be the goal but I wanna try and reach 275 without going over 14 15% bf. Which I know myself and feel like I can.

That's about it. I've never had really any bad sides. Had sore nips for a few days with deca but went away with some letro And thats about it besides the normal stuff like the occasional night sweats etc. Never had a dip in sex drive really.
So what ya think? Please other experienced people. Thanks

OK so after about 10 weeks total, 4 weeks bulking, 1 week stomach flu, then another 5 weeks bulking, Ive had a high weigh in at 264.4..... Not nearly my goal of 275lbs starting at 245..... But Im satisfied with my progress so far and will start a (mini cut ) Monday for 3 weeks of no carbs, High protein and med fat. Why? Cause Im going to cancun with my wife in 3 weeks and wanna loose some of the extra fluff from this offseason. Ill run the rest of my sust and npp and include a small winny dose to help preserve tissue on such a diet. Once I get back from my week long vaca. I have about 6 weeks untill prep starts, or 2 weeks to let loose untill im 20 weeks out which is where i start cleaning up diet a little. So Ill come back and update what My final weigh in is the day I start my (cut).

ok little update.
At a high of 263lbs, im feeling a bit better. joint and tendens are bugging me which seems weird but it must be cause my estro is a little low so im backing off my blockers a little at a lower dose.

got a new bench PR at 315x 6 since 2 weeks ago which was 315x5.
I have noticed my recovery is garbage lately two cause Im always sore everywhere besides legs. (my legs are a strong point)
Also I ran out of dbol yesterday so Instead of finishing cycle wand running for 3 weeks i only ran it for about 1.5 weeks.

updated. 8 weeks in.

I seem to be fine with the npp back to 400mg a week. So im thinking it could have been the igf that i was running along side it,( i read that somewhere that does possibly increase your prolactin levels.)
My weight is back to floating around that 255-260 mark. So now im just going to buckle down, force a little more food and keep training hard to hopefully get up another 5-10 in the next 4 weeks. I will be running some dbol to close out the cycle, starting that in a little.

update as of 12-19-16
So i got the stomach flu last weekend on friday and went home early as I stated. Well after a good week back iM up to 255-256 and slowing moving the up again. Strength is still really good and i intend to keep it that way. All sides are gone besides a little ache on my head which I seem to get here and there weather Im running gear or not.
started npp back to 400mg week and continuing my ai as normal along with prami at .25 mg ed since it doesnt seems to bug me too much like alot of people.

ok so, update, Finally nips are back to normal, Id say 98% back. Thats the positive note. On the other side, on friday at work, i had to leave early cause i wasnt feeling well, and was still gonna try and make the gym till about 2-3 i was in some pretty bad pain. I`m guessing it was the stomach flu of some sort. I was in bad all day, and all day saturday and didnt make it to the gym either 2 days. Also only was able to eat once after barfing and shitting water all night friday night. Sunday are my off days so I havent been to the gym in 3 days. I did start feeling better Sunday and today about the same, No crazy pain, no throwing up, just crazy diarrhea still and hard to eat but i can still get the food in now. The other bad news in I woke this morning not wanting to weight myself but i had to so i could see the damage...It was 248lb, dehydrated and empty as hell. So I will keep everything posted on how fast I get my weight back up to normal and keep gaining to reach my goal.
Ps I also lowered my NPP to 300mg a week for now and took out IGF-lr3 to help with the prolactin/gyno issue. Might go back up to the 400mg a week to see if i can handle it or if 400 is too much for my body then back off again.

It came in the mail yestrday so I took .125mg last night, felt fine etc. I started noticing my nips getting better on friday too lol right when i got sick so that sucked, which I was still only taking what I was taking before and backed off a little in mg on the npp and ifg. But At least I have a whole thing of prami on hand if it flares up again. Along side everything else i have. Looks like a dam pharmacy in my closet lol

I would still get some bloodwork to confirm where things are at. You are probably better to stay on some prolactin control instead of just taking during a flare up. Seems like you need it so avoid the flare ups in the first place.

yes, I will still workout something with BW. And I will take the caber .5mg 2x a week as protocol. Getting that flare up scared the shit outta me, specially since after all the cycles Ive done, and amount, never having that issue had me lost. Makes me scared for tren again because Ive always done really well on tren, ran probably 4-5 times and never any issue but i guess every go around its different. Although deca did make my nips kinda sensitive the one time i ran it and letro took care of that but maybe its deca and not tren that triggers it for me. Idk, only time will tell.

So its been almost 2 weeks tomorrow I started caber for my prolactin issue and nothing has improved. I upped my arimidex and taking caber, .5mg 3x a week( i know 2x a week is protocal) and nothing have improved.
Either the source are sending me fake shit or I need to try something else, prami is here tomorrow but also from progen. Ive used them in the past, clen, t3 etc and seemed to work, I go the shakes and all thats good stuff so it was def legit so maybe they have half good half bunk stuff. Im kinda stressing out cause i def dont want to cut my cycle short( about 5-6 weeks) but if i have to i will back off the NPP.

So quick update, Ive noticed my dam nips are buggin. So Ive been taking caber for just over a week now and the sensitiveness hasnt gone away and even a slight hardness but not an actual ball. Been like that for about 10 days, stopped dbol and upped the armiedex and even through in a little letro since that also took care of it last time i got this but also ordered prami cause why the hell not. Didnt really notice to much cause my sex drive is still on fire like usual, always wake up with a wood which ive read thats a good indication to start running caber etc cause thats a sign of prolactin and gyno problems. but never had those signs besides the nips. So Im going to give everything another week to kick in and Ill update on that aspect.

Get your estro and prolactin checked to see what might be going on. Sounds like things are getting out of whack so some immediate bloodwork is going to be in your best interest.

I`m actually on the phone trying to get booked.
What test would you tell the doc to run? Ive been on the phone forever and no one knows what Im talking about.
They are saying 120 for this and 120 for that and everything would add up to like 500 for these test and were suppose to do this before, during and after cycle.... theres no way haha so is there a name or term for the type of blood work we need?

Female hormone panel. Prolactin might be a separate test but I can't remember.

Quick update. 4 weeks in today. Done with orals. Weight is a solid 260 now instead of around 255lbs. Bench is still 365 max but well see tomorrow. Im going to start going with how many reps of 315 i can do instead of maxing. I got 405x7 lasty week and deadlifts are up to 495x4.

t- back shoulders calf
w-off
t-chest bi 4 arms
f-back delts
s-legs calf
s-off
or
m-back bi 4 arms
t-delts tri calf

t-back bi 4 arms

I want to make sure they have enough time to rest a grow but I also need everything to catch up to my legs.

quick update, floating between 255-260 this last week. got 365 up once, strength is there. I feel like I may not be getting enough food in me. Today Im about 2.5 weeks in so Im probably just need to be patient lol Im up 5-8 pounds in 2.5 weeks so really I`m a decent start. Deadlift i wasnt able to go to crazy, I get muscle spasms in my lower back and that can kill my strength but was able to do my 465x5.
and btw the 405x5 sqaut was on a smith. Saturday I did free weight squat and got 405x4. ( btw Im an ass to grass squater. If your ass dont touch your heels... you aint sqauting.
Will post once i get chest in again on Thursday which will be the third week mark.

Been one week tomorrow and havent seen much( its only been one week lol ) but my weight keeps going from 248- 252 so well see with another week.
today is chest so well see what just one week has done as far as strength on my bench which will probably be nothing much. But well see.
my carbs are anywhere from 300-500 depending the day and protein is always around 275-315. fats are also pretty close 60-80 depending on the day. After next week if nothing has change Im going to add another 2 scoop shake sometime in the middle of the day

11/3/16 (never max out (usually do 2 or 3 reps. )
weight: 252lbs

flat bench: 335x2
squat: 405x5
half deads: 465x5

Again i keep a log of each workout / exercise rep and set but these are the three i wanna keep track on here for over strength gained from this go around.

today is first day of road to 275lb. Ill update slowly as the weeks go on. I will not go to 275 if i have to gain too much fat. Id like to stay around my 12% at 253lbs right now and will to sacrifice a couple % but definitely not going to add weight just to add weight. My bench has always been weak AF and yesterday i tried 335 out only 2 times. So i will try and base it off from there. Each week to 2 I will update

Wanted to say thank you to everyone and there input and advice. After going back and forth what seems like forever for my bulk cycle I have updated the OP to show what i plan on running.

Again I have letro on hand and have experience with it and will use as necessary and im ordered my tunca and will be here before i start cycle. Also have cabor on hand just in case.

I will come back to this post or make a new one if people prefer about the cycle as i go.

Are you planning on rotating the adrol with dbol straight through the cycle? You will be taking an oral for the entire 12 wk cycle then?

sorry if i didnt explain myself correctly.

Adrol for the first 2 weeks, so 1-2
dbol starts after adrol at 3-4 weeks
so a total of 4 week

then the last 2 weeks of the cycle to hopefully push for that last bit of mass and push past any plateo i may have at the end

week 11 ill use adrol again for 1 week and then run dbol the following week for only one week.

does that make sense?

and if you think Ill yelled better gainz by just running bother at say 30mg a day side by side i would consider that too but I think If it doesnt really matter Im diggin the way i have it

Ok, got it now. I personally think better results would be obtained just pulsing the adrol the entire cycle and not monkeying around with dbol at all. Really nothing wrong with what you are looking at doing, but I just don't like the use of dbol and then having to deal with the estro management issues it would create.

I see where your coming from for sure. When i ran dbol at i didnt notice any sides at all, not even the (bloat or water) cause i was prepping maybe so i was doing cardio, carbs were very high. But then again i wasnt using npp either so.

Instead of starting a new thread figured I'd just ask her.
Would running npp for the first 10 weeks at 200mg a week and deca for 12 weeks at 200mg.
Would that basically be the same (besides npp kicking in Faster ) as running deca at a total of 400mg
Basically what I'm asking in simple terms ....I should see similar or same results as far as what the compound is meant for , using both npp and Deca then just using deca at the same.
Wanting to possibly use npp to help get the deca working faster.
Hope that makes sense

Makwa , gave you the best solution npp short ester and 3 compound in sust short ester too , so you would see faster result with npp and sust , if you insist about deca use test E or C . I tried long ester with another short ester , I didn't like it much .

Got ya, only reason why i was thinking both npp and deca was to get the effect of that hormone in the body quick while giving the deca a chance to kick in. Thats all but i see what your saying though.
Is my idea total fucked up or does it sounds like it may be something i could do....
Not saying i already ordered this morning or anything lol but....

Why not just run 400mg of npp. You are using sust so you will likely be doing EOD pinning anyway.

EOD would be much better. I have done M/W/F instead of EOD and that worked pretty good but I wouldn't do E3D.

Ya Im started to lean towards #2 also since I had great success with deca with a low dose and Ive ran tren in my last i dont know how many cycles And would be a nice break. Id love to throw in some dbol for the first 4 weeks but I cant stand the liquid suspension form so i was hoping since sust has a little prop things will kick in faster.

Also i currently on offseason, eating 60 fat, 300 carbs and 275 protein. These are prepped meals, breakfast and a shake after the gym. I also have whatever i want on top of that, which i dont keep track of since its usually not much and or everyday. Something like a bowl of cereal sometimes or some chips. But here is what i eat on a daily prepped.
2 whole eggs, 3/4 cup whites. 2 bread, 2 packages of oats with a scoop of protein in.

i prep 4 meals and totals are 20oz of cooked meat, varies (chicken beef, turkey) and 500g(cooked weight) of rice. Each meal is 5oz meat and 125g of rice. All veggies i dont count, i know. Terrible. But i never count my macros on broccoli sorry.

my shake is 2 scoops of protein and 1 1/2 cups of FF milk.
And yes since it offseason i tend to have something at night, a little ice cream or whatever. I tend to go off the mirror and scale if Im eating to much junk, i back off for a bit, if not gaining enough I up my rice or fats.

I only posted the price difference due to since id have an extra 100, someone might chime in and say get another bottle or 2 of deca or add X to the top cycle. I have a family and yes, cost is a thing in anyones life i hope. I hope no one on here thinks, $2k for an offseaon bulk cycle, that aint shi and have the mind set of having no budget when planning a cycle. ! Like lets be reasonable here. If i have to spend a little more cause i wanna up my deca dose ya, ill get another bottle but Im not a retard and think I have to spend 1k for a good cycle. And No I always have chicken on hand. I sometimes go a little overboard and i need a bigger fridge when it goes on sale lol. Red meat, eggs etc.

PS i never said i was basing it off a budget anyways lmao. I`m basing it off of what Ive ran before, and what dosages Ive ran with the compounds. Lets not get all guns blazing and start assuming things I never said i was basing it off. My prep cycle cost me> i dont know really cause i got what i needed and wanted. 600-700 maybe. fuck could have been a grand. I got it in phases lol

1st
Test sust. 520mg wk 1-15
deca eth 625mg wk 1-12
(this is about 100$ cheaper the option 2 as of now)

2nd
Test sust 520mg wk 1-15
eq eth 535mg wk 1-14
tren ace 200mg wk 1-5
tren eth 200mg wk 1-5
300mg wk 6-8
(this option is 100$ more)

Why i have it this way is budget.

I appricate everyone being so nice and real in this forum unlike alot of others.
