This is what NAPS sent me. Obviously they knew I have not received my order. They said they shipped on 4 JAN and I received this on 8 JAN. I haven't heard anything at all from the post office... Keep in mind this is a reship of an order that was previously seized.
We require a printout of your INTRANET TRACKING,as a proof of non-delivery acquired only at a local post office. Intranet Tracking is 100% safe and trouble free. Orders have mailed and avg +/- 20 days for arrival. Again everything has arrived as ordered except the last deal which is almost 60days out. Re-ship has been placed but not arrived at this time....we shall see but I have faith.

I been using Naps gear for a few years now and never have had any problems until now. All my reviews have been good reviews... Until now.I started a new account with Eroids today but I been a member for years. I cant speak for all the other accounts and Naps calling them "fake" but I know my account or my reviews arent fake. I actually think alot of people arent getting their orders.I know I havent received mine yet but my last order was through my other account and I cant seem to log in to my account to check the order status and cant give my order number to customer service cause I cant log in.I'm just getting the runnaround with customer service and now I'm loving that I probly lost about 300.00 but good thing I didnt spend more.It seems strange that alot of people arent getting their orders now.I'm definately going to use another source and I encourage others to hold off too.Remember a few years ago when Naps ripped alot of people off? I think their at it again. All those reviews that say they arent getting their orders couldnt possibly all be fake.I'll take it as a loss and never use Naps again and now they got another promo going on. They should get all the pending orders out first that people like me havent received yet before they start taking on alot more orders.Something is definately fishy about that.

Have been using Naps for years now. Always arrives discreetly and in a reasonable time period. I have personally tested several products and all lab max results came back accurate. IMO they have the best Androgel around for the price. Have never had an issue with any order.

I have had the same issue with naps. I have used them before and there was no issue. I had placed an order in December which had 2 shipments. I got the first one no problem but the second one shows it is still in China and has been for 45 days. I emailed customer service when it was at 39 days and they responded back quickly saying they must wait the full 42 days before making a proper judgement call on my order. Well I emailed them again at 42 days asking what now? At least let me know, hey you're just going to have to suck it up and wait or let me know my other options. No response as of 3 days ago. I just checked during this post and still says in China.

It took 45 days for the mail service to deliver. Please be patient and do not order during the new year holidays if you are not.
This is my third order with Naps - the first two were good, minus them changing their receiver on me after I'd sent the money on my second order. That was another unnecessary trip to Western Union, but it got resolved fairly quick. This order is not looking good, though, and it sounds like it's the same issue a bunch of other guys are experiencing. Placed order, sent money, submitted WU info on Dec 15th. My order wasn't shipped till Dec 27th - slow compared to past orders. The orders' statuses match many of yours: one package is still in China since January 2nd (24 days ago) with "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment"; the second package appears to have been seized in San Francisco - it arrived there on January 5th (21 days ago) and hasn't moved. Emailed Naps, no reply yet. I'm sure they'll want the eventual seizure letter from the one that's already stateside, but I hope they can do something about the one stuck in China like other guys' stuff. Order #1421407

First I would like to say I've used Naps about 8 times in total over the past 5 years and they have always came through. They even helped me out when I had entered an incorrect mailing address.
This time around I decided to order HGH which brings to my dilemma.
As of recently though I too am in the same boat as everyone here. This time around product is being shipped from China and stuck in Origin Facility. I have not received any Customs letter, and have also been in contact with customer support, but have only received reply to contact after "X" days.
My concerns:
-Many posts about not receiving product yet
-All posts stating product has not left origin facility
I have had nothing but good experiences with Naps in the past so I'm praying the follow through with all orders and hoping I receive my product sooner than later. Or else I'm 800USD in the hole

i placed an order with napsgear on 12/16 and after submitting my Western Union payment as I usually did a several days later I login into my account to see status of order and noticed it was canceled. I reached out to tech support and they provided the following ticket# SFD-995-88683 and said someone would follow up with me within 48hrs. The first email requested that I take a photo of the receipt and email them I did, then I was told to call Western Union to see if the monies was picked up? I called and they said yes and responded to the last email and advise them the money was picked up. And then the person via email said resubmitt the photo of receipt i did and now they said it the Western Union payment is not traceable. Now naps is telling me to resubmit payment info for a different manager then previously requested and tell Western Union to change the name. When I cant because the money has already been picked up already!

do not order from Napsgear I see in the reviews alot of people are having this same problem
First time reviewer but long time user of sources on the eroids. I've used NAPS for at least 10 orders. Two orders ago was seized by customs so I asked that my most recent order be put on hold. I also asked for instructions on how to approach the seized order with no response. That trouble ticket was closed and marked resolved with no response.
Once, I got a new address I sent another ticket asking that both orders be sent. After some back and forth, he said he shipped the order.
Half of the order was seized again and the other has yet to leave China. NAPS has went silent on his communication and erased my entire order history from my profile so I no longer have access to the tracking numbers
I took screen shots I wish I could post on here with how he handled my issue, on second thought I will make it my avatar photo
You want my advice? Use domestic sources. No issues with customs and you get them in less than a week.

This was my first time using my account to purchase anything from NapsGear, or any online supplier in that case. I had always thrown money in to my buddies for them to order me gear and they had always used Naps so of course, thats what I decide to go with. We never had any issues, problems, or delayed packages. NapsGear is as legit as they come. Completely trustworthy, punctual, and professional. More than what anyone could ask for.
That said, my first personal experience dealing with NapsGear hit a bit of a speed bump when my order that was placed December 10th had yet to come in during the third week of January. But fortunately, NapsGear was timely in their responses and it appeared that my package was lost in all of the holiday packages. They immediately offered a store credit or reshipment. While I am waiting to decide whether or not to take the credit or have it reshipped, I can say from my (at least 10) other dealings with Naps that they are the best online supplier. Not only is the gear legit, giving great gains and little injection pain, but it is wrapped discreetly--- you'd never guess what was inside the packages they send. Other than a minor hiccup this time around, I have nothing but immensely positive things to say about NapsGear and would and have recommend them to any serious weightlifter.

I heard about NAPS from a friend. So I gave it a try. Well I have not received anything. My first order was shipped 12/16/16 46 days ago. I ordered again later in Dec. 2nd order shipped 12/29/16 29 days ago. I thought I would receive all so I made a final order to finish what I needed for my next cycle. I paid express shipping to get it hear with the others. It shipped 1/9/17 18 days ago. I'm trying to stay positive but my 2 friends placed orders in December both received theirs on time. They live on the east coast I live central US. I see I'm not the only one having this issue. I trust they will reship the product but hate they will not be shipping anything till Feb 5th. Also I have not received a Customs Letter so really unsure what has happened.

Order placed 10 Dec. My usual Geneza Prop/Tren/Proviron combo. Have been using Naps for years and have gotten plenty from there. This time, it has been a shitshow. Customer service ended the chat on me when I was asking questions about where my stuff is. The Tren was express shipped and that was ordered 1Jan I believe. Prop/Proviron was 10 Dec. Neither order has came and it doesn't look like I'll be getting it since tracking says it's been process in China and customer service has just been full of excuses. I'm not the only one here with this problem. Now I'm scrambling to find a domestic source because I cruise on prop at 200mg and well, you know the rest of that story. I swapped to cyp for now which thank fuck I kept this bottles when I swapped to prop. Regardless, this is not like Naps at all and now I need a new reliable source.
Edit: Customer service is very little help. Now for reship I have to use a different address? MY SHIT DIDN'T GET SEIZED, IT NEVER CAME. Where the fuck it's going to in the US has no bearing on orders never leaving bumfuck china. But we are all fake users? I'll post my orders below and you can track them for yourself. What happens when I tell customer serve for the third time I don't have my stuff? They post some copy and pasted paragraph and send me the same tracking that I've been aware of since it was shipped. STUCK IN CHINA BOYS. It will be hard pressed to get me to spend the amount of money I do on these guys again. Losing plenty of long time customers like myself right now. It would be different if customer service handled the shit better.

I've been using naps for the last 4 years and I can tell you their products/services are legit. Geneza products are fire, and especially if I'm on a TNE/tren cycle I start feeling the gear right away. Shipping was always fast and I would always get the package at my door within a month of ordering. This time though I'm slightly disappointed. I placed my order 12/9/2016. The order was shipped on 12/16/2016. I've been checking the tracking pretty much everyday since then, and It still hasn't updated. Reading all the other reviews on here it looks like all the other orders coming out of china is back up as well. I reached out to customer support on 1/17/2017 (31 days after package has shipped), and they told me to contact them after 42 day s(3 more days from this review). So I guess I'll try again. I've only trusted Naps with all my needs for the last 4 years and I've refused to do business with anyone else. I'm losing hope, but I guess I'll try contacting customer support again to see what they can do.

packages always come discretely packaged, and nothing was ever damaged. Usually get my order within a month of ordering, except for this last order.
Amazing customer service, fast shipping. Would definitely recommend this website for supplements. The products are fairly priced and I've been using this site for about a year now and still very satisfied with the site.
