I've been using Naps for 3 years now and have had nothing but good relations with them. Sometimes the shipping is delayed, but if you are concerned you can simply contact them on their website and they are always available to help with and resolve the issue at hand. Their site is incredibly easy to navigate, they have a ton of different brands and multiple payment methods to make it convenient for you.

-2I am very happy with Naps organization. Their ordering process and communication has been excellent. No other supplier I've dealt with even comes close. My 1st order was well before Christmas and came through just fine. My most recent was a few days before and got caught up in the mail overload.

I ordered my order on Black Friday and it still has not left China (its been nearly 7 weeks). The package was shipped on the 2nd of Dec. and the latest update is December 5th. This is my first time ordering from them and was super excited about it since they were number 1 at the time on eroids.com and everyone ever only spoke highly about them. Needless to say, my first impression is not a good one. Scrolling down the review section, there are a few people out there in the same boat as me and maybe that is why they are now number 2. If I ever receive my package I will retract this update and write a new one.

I have ordered several times from Naps and they have never let down. I usually stick to their Geneza brand because it has always proven to be a very solid product! Their Sust 270 is awesome and when I started feeling a little sore in the nips their letrozole took care of it within a day! Will be ordering again in the future.

Excellent and very informative.
Packaging very discreet. Products arrived later then usual but I knew this going into it. When you mix holiday mail and Chinese customs what do you expect? No need to be an ass, rant on forums. Relax it will show and if it doesn't they always right a wrong!

-1I have not received my order. Order was placed November 26th and shipped December 1st. Still have not received order. Shipping status has remained the same since December 5th. It is just sitting in China. Hopefully they will be able to get this resolved soon or reship. I know Naps always takes care of their customers so I'm not to worried, just disappointed in the amount of time this has taken.

-1This was my first order and my first cycle. I was at no point given a reason to feel like a had anything to worry about. The product was exactly as expected and was no doubt the real deal. Took 11 days from payment to door step.

They say keep waiting, they won't act until 6 weeks of waiting for a 10-12 day shipping order, GARBAGE
I blew my shoulder out last year and was willing to try anything to get back to health. I had heard great things about the affects on joint pain and healing of both NPP and Equipoise and figured I'd give them both a try.
On top of T, I used NPP for the first 6 weeks. I didn't really notice anything spectacular as far as healing but I was breaking out a little with it so when it ran out I was more than happy to turn to EQ. Now I don't know if EQ really helped or not... I just know that within 4 months of the injury I was pretty much recovered...but better than that, I was so vascular and cut that I couldn't believe it. Even though the shoulder injury completely devastated my bench for the better part of 4 months, I made major gains in everything else. I freaking love EQ. The Napsgear Biomex brand it awesome. I tend to swell in injection areas on gear, especially in the legs, but I didn't have any problems with EQ at all.
EQ is my go-to to get cut...it is absolutely amazing.

I've ordered from a few other places but I ALWAYS come back and use Naps. They are my only GO-TO supplier. I trust them fully and will gladly continue to give them my business. They are top notch. Yes, it takes 2-3 weeks to ship so plan accordingly. I've had to wait a month once but usually the products arrive in about 2 weeks max.
I have used Naps several times this year, first time I ordered with them, I did not receive my products for over two months, the next couple of orders were about 2-3 weeks shipping. I placed an order late November, was shipped Dec. 5 and am still waiting for it to arrive from China. I contacted customer service and they said to wait 6 weeks and then submit a ticket for reship or credit. I am getting ready to place another order this week since they have my favorite GP Primo100 on special of the week and its half off, plus I need a bunch of other stuff, but quiet honestly I am hesitant and don't know if I will receive my products anytime soon. So far half the time I ordered with them, the shipping has been a problem and it truly sucks to have to wait for ever to receive something from them. Its really starting to bother me and don't know if I want to go through this waiting game anymore. But on the pro side, their products are quality and legit and well priced, just shipping problems never seem to get resolved in a reasonable time frame. The tracking number shows the product is still sitting in China somewhere for the past 5 weeks.

They respond rather quickly, but they also can't do much after the package has left their facility. The customer service tells me to wait longer, then ask for a reship.
Previous orders were all well packaged, no problems there.
Even though shipping is a pain in the ass and its totally hit or miss at times, I still recommend shopping here, however don't plan on doing anything unless you have everything you need on hand first or if you order in a crunch, you may be very disappointed as I am right about now.
I been using naps for a while. Had some minor issues in previous orders. I been with them for over 4 years. Spent a couple thousand on great products. Never had bunk. Im always happy to use them until this one time. I hate the fact that i have to leave a partially negative review here but i dont know what else to do. Some products had shipped but some are missing. I had ordered around thanksgiving. I had the issue of the missing products so i waited til i had a few days left on my delivery date. I emailed them. Got a response very quick. they had looked into it. They said "Request was sent to the shipping department to check the tracking number. I or one of our staff will personally follow up, with any available updates, as soon as possible.Best Wishes,Xxxxx XxxxxxSupport Department. " Then i recieved another update "we will check with warehouse and will return to you with an update usually it take 1-5 days" so i waited another few days. Still no find on the items. then i emailed again what the issue was, got the similar answers as before. "Sent a request to the shipping warehouse or country it was sent out of" this has been going on since Dec 21st. Its now Jan 10. Still i get the same answers. i figured id try the 24/7 chat support. I ask what was going on and one of the reps gave me the same answer. "request sent to the shipping dept" i asked how it does it take more than 3 weeks to get a response and the customer rep left the chat. Im kinda upset because this isnt getting anywhere. Same answers back and forth. Our communication is quick but im not getting answers or solutions.
Packaging on the items i got was great. tightly wrapped in bubble wrapped. others came in a small cardboard box. came in about two weeks. I figured some delays because of the holiday season but i was happy with that.
I dont have anything against naps but this is a terrible experience. I spent so much money and im struggling to get the rest of my stuff. I wish it was easier and didnt have to lead to a decent review like this. I will update once everything is fixed

I have used napsgear few times in the past and was pleased with the speed of shipping and quality of their products. This last time i ordered from them i send my bitcoin payment and my account shows the payment was confirmed but my order wasn't updated. After a few days i contacted napsgear and they say the payment wasnt made. I send a photo of the bitcoin transaction. They tell me the payment department will contact me within 3 days but i have yet to hear back. This really is disappointing because i have had nothing but good experiences with napsgear up until now. Hopefully this is resolved because i would like to remain a customer.
Update: Napsgear processed my payment I am now waiting on my order to ship. While this current order experience hasn't been the greatest i would gladly order from them again.
