One thing's for sure, none of the messages in neither our email inbox or the website tickets system are older than 3 hours... And the website messages have just been replied to.
We suggest some patience please. We reply within 24 hours as we've promised on the website. If 24 hours haven't went, specially if yours was one of the messages that were only 3 hours old, we please request your understanding and respecting our T/A of replying, as we are not an online chat service but offer replies to the mails with a maximum 24 hours waiting time.

Pounds23well I'm yet to try ugfreaks gear but from what iv been reading they seem to be a pretty solid source with some quality gear, I do think the new site is pretty nice seems very user friendly and easy to operate n get around, and I think the promo hes running is a pretty sweet promo is you get selected... anyways my question is, has anyone had the chance to try or use cooper gear before I see ug offers it on his site I'm just curious on the quality and the pip I'm interested in the test prop just wondering if anyone has tried it thanks for any feedback from and members

Yes you can who told you that? I've gotten letters and still gotten pks in, there are a bunch of customs depots, and your just a innocent receiver, know one knows if you legitimately ordered that or not, if they were worried about little old you, they wouldn't send no letter it would be hand delivered. Your good .

I had the same issue recently.
I got a PO box and used it for quite a while with no issues.

You need a ID with additional document proving your permanent residence.
I don't think so. You need an ID to open up a box.
But, when customs flags you, its your address that gets red flagged not your name. I used my real name when i opened up a po box immediately after i got a seizure letter and received packs alot.
Maybe you could get a po box? Idk bro it's always the risk when doing business overseas. Many make it but a few don't. I wouldn't be too worried about it unless you get the letter.

A good start would be to either mail us or at least PM me.
You have not sent a FR before now and if you have sent any email to [email protected] then you have not waited 24 hours maximum for a reply, that's for sure!
