I been using naps for a while. Had some minor issues in previous orders. I been with them for over 4 years. Spent a couple thousand on great products. Never had bunk. Im always happy to use them until this one time. I hate the fact that i have to leave a partially negative review here but i dont know what else to do. Some products had shipped but some are missing. The key items are missing which sucks even more.

I had ordered around thanksgiving. I had the issue of the missing products so i waited til i had a few days left on my delivery date. I emailed them. Got a response very quick. they had looked into it. They said "Request was sent to the shipping department to check the tracking number. I or one of our staff will personally follow up, with any available updates, as soon as possible.Best Wishes,Xxxxx XxxxxxSupport Department. " Then i recieved another update "we will check with warehouse and will return to you with an update usually it take 1-5 days" so i waited another few days. Still no find on the items. then i emailed again what the issue was, got the similar answers as before. "Sent a request to the shipping warehouse or country it was sent out of" this has been going on since Dec 21st. Its now Jan 10. Still i get the same answers. i figured id try the 24/7 chat support. I ask what was going on and one of the reps gave me the same answer. "request sent to the shipping dept" i asked how it does it take more than 3 weeks to get a response and the customer rep left the chat. Im kinda upset because this isnt getting anywhere. Same answers back and forth. Our communication is quick but im not getting answers or solutions.
Packaging on the items i got was great. tightly wrapped in bubble wrapped. others came in a small cardboard box. came in about two weeks. I figured some delays because of the holiday season but i was happy with that.
I dont have anything against naps but this is a terrible experience. I spent so much money and im struggling to get the rest of my stuff. I wish it was easier and didnt have to lead to a decent review like this. I will update once everything is fixed
naps has done it again, top quality and fast shipping . I ordered some gp sust and some dragon pharma cyp. It arrived within the specified time frame and it is smooth like butter.

so i had been waiting for a shipment from china, the tracking number did not update till it arrived in the usa. if you order any dragon pharma stuff or stuff from china just be aware that the tracking does not always update till its in the usa. Hey everyone im a newbie to this site but i just wanted to share the awesome experiecne i've had with naps gear when i ordered my very first cycle.

I have used napsgear few times in the past and was pleased with the speed of shipping and quality of their products. This last time i ordered from them i send my bitcoin payment and my account shows the payment was confirmed but my order wasn't updated. After a few days i contacted napsgear and they say the payment wasnt made. I send a photo of the bitcoin transaction. They tell me the payment department will contact me within 3 days but i have yet to hear back. This really is disappointing because i have had nothing but good experiences with napsgear up until now. Hopefully this is resolved because i would like to remain a customer.
Update: Napsgear processed my payment I am now waiting on my order to ship. While this current order experience hasn't been the greatest i would gladly order from them again.

The labs they offer have been sick, been using Geneza P. for most of my oils and orals and they've yet to let me down. I tried other sources just to see how it is and nothing compares. + 1Well everyone I have to say that NAPSGEAR is by far the BEST source Ive ever used. Ive used about 4 other sources and a couple never had product come in. With NAPS I receive the product everytime. It's amazing how fast I get my shipment. The last two orders got to me in 8 days. Thats right 8 days!!. The longest a shipment took was 16 days. I've ordered about 15 times from them and only had 1 product issue and they immediately asked if I wanted to reship or credit for a next order. I took the credit and they applied it to next order as they said they would. It's just amazing how professional these people are and the large array of products they offer. I'll never order from anywhere else. All their most popular gear has lab reports and tests. All the products I've used have been 100% legit.

They never leave you in the dark on anything especially with their online customer service reps. There is a reason why they are one of the bests.

I had a couple questions about the order which were answered immediately and cleared up. Other than that you don't really need to be in contact with them they send you updates every step of the way.

I have ordered 4x with this supplier and each time is a whole process. They do maintain their policy of reshipping seized products, but at this point I'm now weeks from my show and I NEED MY SUPPLIES! They are just aren't reliable enough for me. GREAT SELECTION no disputing that! But... at the end of the day I need supplier consistency. PLUS ; I paid the freakin' extra money for 12 day shipping... NOPE! OH, and another thing; that "TRACKING NUMBER" you provide, is useless! It stops working the day you ship the package. I've used all 5x pages of Google websites for "Universal package tracking". They have an online chat ability, as well as their finance department, but "Dorris" just explained to me, it was the time of the year and there wasn't anything they can do. THE USPS SENDS MILLIONS of packages, and has low fail rates. You guys are sending what .... a few hundred a week?
Packages arrive fairly standard. I personally wouldn't use, Chinese, or European stamps... they are gorgeous to collect and I do by the way when they come in. But for "our" purposes I would order American stamps.
I've made mention of this to them before. Our country (USA) is a tricky one. If your package "looks" like it belongs here it will probably make it through. BUT if there is weird writing, weird tags, stamps, stickers, or anything that would look suspicious then it probably wont make it through. Fix your tracking or don't have it offered. Personally, I'm going to be spending my time sourcing a GOOD, RELIABLE domestic source. I have NO problem paying a little extra if I get my supplies WHEN I NEED THEM! So if anyone has any suggestions please dm me.

-1I placed an order with Napsgear on December 5th after seeing them climb the ranks and especially after seeing they offer EMS shipping with a 10-12 day delivery estimate for $60. I've had previous successful orders with pharmacom, ashop.in, xroids - all with no issues at all whatsoever. I wish I would have stuck with the places I had success with in the past but was persuaded by the faster shipping as I needed my order on a time crunch - my own fault admittedly. I sent payment with bitcoin, it processed without incident, and the package was shipped December 6th. I created a ticket through Napshelp which was responded to quickly. It took a long time through the back and fourth for me to realize that they in no way back up the 10-12 day window in anyway, naturally I know the package is at the mercy of customs and the carrier, but their official stance is that a full 6 weeks must pass before they will consider re-shipping or offering store credit. Personally I would choose a refund and go with another company but that was not an option. As of today my package has not moved since December 12th, 24 days of no activity. No idea based on tracking if it ever came over to my country or not. Clearly the package is not moving and never will. They implied this happens all the time and then the package magically starts moving. I find this hard to believe. My wife ordered cheap ebay makeup from the same sending country with EMS shipping as well, was a real kick in the teeth when I realized I wasn't holding my order in my hands but makeup instead... her package arrived December 22nd - she also did not pay anywhere near $60 for shipping. While napsgear does not have control over the package after it leaves them, they do have the ability to realize an order with a shipping method that estimates 10-12 days arrival, is dead in the water at 30+ days and not a holiday slow-down. Telling customers to wait six weeks or about 50 days before they have to waste more time and again message them to say "yep still not here and still not moving," is ridiculous.
To summarize, I went from expecting my package before christmas, to now having to wait until 1-17-17 for the company to consider reshipping or offering store credit. Best case scenario of receiving my order is roughly sometime in mid-February...... Worst case scenario is I completely wasted hundreds that I would've rather spent on my wife and children during the holiday season.

there honestly isnt a bad thing i can say bout good 'ol naps! I decided to write this because i had a bit of a hiccup on my last order. Ive been ordering with naps for the last 3 years. Everything from HGH to PCT and everything in between. Every product i have ever ordered has been nothing but top notch gear and the shipping has always come in early. in my last order I bought 4 x anavar .. about 10 days later the package was at my door and I was like a kid in a candy shop. Only thing was i only got 1 of the 4 Var's i ordered. Without question naps got the other 3 in the mail and was at my door in 5 days !!! yes i have found cheaper sources , yes i know of domestic sources that will arrive faster... but there is not a source on this board who will treat you btter than Naps .. hands down the BEST IN THE BUSINESS !! thanks again guys ...

I've been ordering from napsgear for about 3 years now and have had positive results always.
Shipping Handling:
They're orders are filled in a reliable time frame. I usually receive product within two weeks of payment. The only exception has been HGH orders, those take a little longer. They've even helped me delay an order once because I didn't want it hanging around in my mail box while I was out of town. So they've shown to be customer service focused in my opinion.
Reliability: I've never had a problem with orders being wrong or lost or worse seized. They ship very discreetly and safely.
Dosing:
I've never sent out to test any product independently so I can only speak of results. I stick to mostly GP products and have never been disappointed. Complaints: only complaint I have is I've been trying to place an order for the Black Friday and holiday specials but they've been out of stock of what I buy. But I guess that's to be expected when they give out such a massive discount.
